Kolejny wyjątkowy pobyt.
Pros:

To mój kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu. Od blisko 15 lat średnio raz do roku spędzam w nim jakieś 5-6 dni. No chyba, że już nie ma wolnych pokoi w interesującym mnie terminie wtedy ze smutkiem wybieram inny hotel z mojej stałej listy w Zalau. Tym razem miałem spore opóźnienie i przyjechałem do hotelu już po północy i Pani w recepcji nadal na mnie czekała. Pokój jak zawsze czysty, ciepły. W większości obsługa nie zmienia się więc pracownicy już "mnie kojarzą" i znają moje preferencje - to takie drobiazgi, które sprawiają, że chce się tam wracać.
Śniadanie w formie bufetu, ale jak komuś mało to może sobie coś zamówić z karty śniadaniowej.
Restauracja.... Jak dla mnie rewelacja. Czasem próbowałem jeść coś na mieście ale po latach stwierdziłem, że w najbliższym sąsiedztwie - na dystansie, który chciałbym odbyć spacer nie ma nic porównywalnego. Więc już nie kombinuję, bo i po co jak w hotelu jest wspaniałe miejsce, żeby coś zjeść na kolację po pracy.

Cons:

Sugeruję, aby codziennie zostawiać gościom butelkę wody a nie tylko przez pierwsze 2 dni. Niby nic a jednak cieszy... A i Internet jakby zwalniał z roku na rok. Kiedyś prędkość była 80/60 (w 2011) teraz to już jakieś 8/2 (w 2026) - stara infrastruktura lokalna?

Raňajky boli skutočne skvelé! Vždy som si mal z čoho vybrať. Na každom stole je ponukové menu, z ktorého si môžete objednať aj iné teplé jedlo.
Izba veľmi čistá, každý deň menili uteráky.

Cons:

Nenašiel som nič, čo by sa mi nepáčilo. Možno trochu väčší odpadkový kôš na izbe.

Pros:

Am fost cazați la Brilliant Plaza Zalău, cu mic dejun inclus, și totul a fost absolut superb. Camera a fost foarte curată, spațioasă și bine întreținută, iar personalul extrem de amabil și atent. Atmosfera generală a hotelului inspiră confort și profesionalism.

Micul dejun a fost delicios și variat, cu opțiuni pentru toate gusturile – un început perfect de zi.
Ne-am simțit foarte bine pe tot parcursul sejurului și cu siguranță vom reveni. Recomand cu încredere!
