Pros:

Paradise for introverts! Self check-in works good (just type your name without special symbols), clean rooms and lobby, lively place. Good lovation, U-bahn right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

As we travelled by car, we had some problems with parkings - there are several around, but all of them are at least 3 eur/h (except night time). And even you pay for ot in the app, you can get a fine. So it's better to have a lot of cash with you (coins only!).
Elevator in hotel old, small and slow. But works.

Einfacher Check-in und Check-out
Sauber und die Einrichtung einfach aber ausreichend und völlig in Ordnung
Preis-Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Für die Baustelle kann das Hotel nichts.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war etwas gruselig
Ich hätte mir einen Wasserkocher zum kochen eines Tee's gewünscht.
Ein Abzug im Bad fehlte mir irgendwie und ein Ganz-Körper-Spiegel wäre auch nett.

Die Lage war perfekt. Zwar etwas anonym ohne Rezeption, aber trotzdem sehr gut!. Das digitale Einchecken war etwas holprig, hat aber dennoch gut geklappt, es kam sofort jemand zuhilfe!

Pros:

Das Hotel kommt ohne Rezeptionspersonal aus, den Check-In erledigt man selbst. Das wird gut erklärt, so dass da keine Probleme entstehen sollten.
Das Zimmer war klein aber schön eingerichtet. Im Bad wurden schöne Fliesen verwendet, wodurch sich das Hotel für mich von anderen Budget-Hotels abhebt. Im Hotel gibt es einen Laden, der von 8 bis 23 Uhr diverse Speisen und Getränke verkauft.
Die Lage ist ideal, um von einem Konzert in der Columbiahalle ins Hotel zu laufen. Auch der Bergmannkiez ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Eine Möglichkeit, vor 8 Uhr morgens an einen Kaffee zu kommen, wäre noch schön.

Unkomplizierter, angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Parkproblem!

Einfaches Check-In und modernes Ambiente!Das Zimmer war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten und Klimaanlage. Alles sauber und ansprechend!Blick auf den ehemaligen Flughafen Tempelhof.
Gute Lage, direkt an der U-Bahn!

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe!!!
Kein Parkhaus in der Nähe, nur Parkplätze mit sehr teuren Parkautomaten!!!
Als wir im Hotel anriefen, um einen Tipp zum Thema Parken zu bekommen, konnte der Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich weiterhelfen, das haben wir als sehr schlechten Service empfunden!!!
Außerdem liegt das Hotel an einer großen Kreuzung und der Verkehrslärm ist dementsprechend sehr störend, aber nur bei geöffneten Fenstern.
Zur Zeit (Oktober 2026) gibt es dort auch eine große Baustelle!

Pros:

Wir haben dort im Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht übernachtet. Dir Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber sauber und modern eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Check-In/-Out ging unkompliziert am Tablet im Foyer. Gemessen am Preis gerade für kürzere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert!
