amazong hote, amazing stay, amazing view.
Pros:

Everything in the entire facility was beyond amazing, very luxurious, spacious rooms, everything was taken care of from beginning till the end. The resteraunts were amazing as well.

Cons:

The language barrier was the only issue, which I guess is plausible. The return for the security deposit I am not sure how long it will taken, but its been a few days already...

We were impressed by the staff friendliness. In particular, Mr. Mok at the 41/F western rest.
Pros:

The quality and variety of the breakfast is under par with other 5-star hotels. The location is excellent

Pros:

員工服務態度非常好，客人遇到房間上的問題馬上做出處理以及補救。在清潔程度上差了一點點，在冷氣出風口有一些頭髮，位置因為比較顯眼。整家酒店所有員工的態度都非常好，很讓人開心。特別是門口工作人員，幫忙搬行李。

Check-in時房間竟然沒有準備任何歡迎生果點心之類，每張床也只準備了兩個枕頭。房間寬敞、裝修簡潔但豪華。景觀一流，舒服到我們check-in後也沒有離開過酒店！室內泳池可以（天氣不好，所以室外泳池沒有開），更衣室的熱水池和熱石床很舒服，但可惜蒸氣房不太熱。以一間那麼豪華的酒店，健身房略嫌簡單。
