didnt stay here too many steps to climb rather would recommend hotel surya which is next to this hotel has few steps to climb and connected to mall road and was available in same budget with breakfast

Overpriced and disappointing stay
Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and uncooperative, the room was missing basic amenities, and there were too many stairs to reach the room, which was not mentioned beforehand. Considering the price of the room, the overall experience was not up to the mark.

Good location. Watch out for the monkeys

Cons:

Visited in December. They don't put heaters in rooms until January. Shimla folks are obviously very hardy 😂

Pros:

Room service was very good but the dinner time ought to be extended. The location was good.

Cons:

I travelled with elderly and orthopaedically challenged people. A lift from the entrance point would have been better.

Pros:

Spacious room. Valley view is beautiful. Direct lift to mall road is very helpful.
Staff is exceptionally courteous. Thanks to Tariq and the staff.
Food is really good. One must try ginger milk tea. Thanks to the cook.
