Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en absoluto. La habitación era como una sauna. Incluso intentamos hablar con el propietario, pero fue muy maleducado. Nos dijo que se arreglaría en cinco minutos y luego nos colgó el teléfono.

J’ai pris cet hôtel à titre professionnel car un client a 15min de Bitola. Les gens ici sont sympas, la région est recon
Pros:

Chambres confortables, spacieuse, décorée au standards actuels modernes européens.
Climatisation (pas vraiment bruyante) propreté nickel. Attention pas de parking à l’hôtel et c’est payant en ville sauf entre 22:00 et 8:00.

Cons:

Pas de parking et pas de solutions proposées au client.

Veoma star hotel. Klima ne radi. Sobe male. Neuredne. Nema parking već se koristi javni i placa se naravno. Nije za preporuku hotel.

Couldn't say much

Cons:

A/C was not working. You report it to reception and they say the handy man will fix it in 30 min... He never appeared. The room was at 26°C... Impossible to sleep.
The bathroom door was in poor conditions. The vinyl was peeling off and a piece was missing in the bottom corner.

There are good apartments in the town much more worth!

Don’t be fooled
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work, it was hotter in the room than outside, very unsafe and dangerous for children. No room amenities. No hotel staff to assist you, only restaurant staff who were lovely but couldn’t assist much with hotel matters.

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen
Pros:

Hatte ein sehr gutes a‘ la Carte Frühstück, Zimmer relativ frisch renoviert, tolle Restaurantleistung

Cons:

Klimaanlage ging leider nicht, Bediendisplay fehlte
