It was dirty and bad.
Pros:

The property is very old and the rooms are dirty. The bathroom is very dirty.
There are really old Air Conditioner units in the room which have to be handled manually and it was right above a bed and it was dirty and dusty. Was so scared of catching something that I did not sleep on the bed right below the old AC unit.
