Family Hotel Prolet

To basic. I saw already better rooms.

Not much I can say, worst place I have ever been to, they did not reply to my enquiries

The hotel rooms were too dirty, not clean. İf you ask me do you want to stay here again.? I would say no.

ROCK HARD BED. I have slept in a zillion beds, including in Asia and this is the hardest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Room 1A. Breakfast not until 8:30.

Probably could have done with a thicker quilt/ cover. Did seem a little thin.

Don't come with big expectations. I was mainly passing by, so it was still a good reasonable price option for the night

The description for the twin room says it has a kitchenette with kettle,microwave,dining table,kitchen ware plus many other items. However, none of these were supplied although after some wrangling I was given a kettle and told there was a microwave I could use on the next floor! All in all the room was OK for the price but don't expect any of the extras!

I reserved a room for 4 days with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, hair dryer, etc. When I checked in the first day, I found a dirty and small room with 2 small beds. It was shocking and I showed them my reservation. They acted surprised but, when I said that I should find another place, they gave me a much cleaner and larger room. However, there was no kitchenette, no kitchenware, no microwave, no electric kettle, etc. The lady surprised me again by removing all the towels and the pillows except for one small one. I didn't say anything because I was too tired to find another place and just wanted to rest. Next day, I went downstairs to have the so-called Included Breakfast and the lady acted surprised again and said "only sandwich"; which I accepted but she didn't say anything about coffee or tea.so I had to ask if it's ok to have a cup of coffee. The lady seemed annoyed by my requests and I felt that the breakfast may not have been included in my reservation; so I had to verify it .. . So, if you make a reservation here, don't be confused. When you read about the "included breakfast", it's at best one cup of coffee or tea with 2 pieces of white bread and 2 small pieces of ham and a sprinkle of cheese on top. The bread wasn't even toasted! Next day, I went to have my cup of coffee and sandwich, the restaurant was closed with no notice. On Monday, the restaurant was open and I was able to get my coffee and sandwich; but this time with much less cheese. On Tuesday, my last day, I went downstairs to have my coffee with a sandwich, This time, they decided to give me only coffee . . All in all, I was happy to leave this place!!

Hard to find, no English signage, check in at restaurant on ground floor

I reservate Studio with Balcony. During check at first they ask for payment and only then show me only a room without Refrigerator, Microwave, Kitchenware etc. I protested that the room was not a studio. The money was returned to me and I found another hotel nearby where we stayed without prior reservation. The hotel Prolet does not match the description in Booking.com. I do not recommend hotel Prolet to anyone.
