Luxus hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i skøn by, fantastisk altan!
Pros:

Virkeligt dejligt hotel. Super rent og velholdt. Fantastisk skøn udsigt (vand og by) fra vores store altan som var vores ynglings spot. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til denne dejlige bys muligheder (strand, supermarkeder, butikker og restauranter). Man kan nemt tage bussen rundt til de andre byer på Ischia. Vi var blandt andet med bus til Forrio (15min.), Casamicciola (5min.) (Færgeby) og Ischia Ponte (15min.) (Færgeby). Selve hotellet var meget stille, i hvert fald da vi var der. Ingen aktivitet, hverken i baren eller ved haven/pool området, men det passede os fint.

Cons:

Alt var super super fint! Hvis man skulle nævne noget, kunne det være ret højt musik fra nærliggende hoteller et par aftener.

Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione buona, molto tranquilla e la consiglio per chi vuole staccare completamente la spina dal chaos della città. Pulita, piscina termale esterna a disposizione dei clienti anche in attesa della preparazione della stanza. Il personale ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche il parcheggio interno per il motorino, oltre a darci informazioni su come impegnare le giornate in caso di assenza di programmi.

Claudia and Luigi could not have been more delightful hosts. They are so kind, what a delight to chat with them and learn about their beautiful island at breakfast (which was incredibly delicious, by the way). They have fantastic recommendations about things to do, and are so ready to help organize anything your heart could desire! As a bonus if you are very lucky you will stay on a day in which Luigi is practicing with his very talented band in the afternoon, and you get to enjoy a beautiful free concert after coming home from a lovely day at the beach. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything (local beaches, restaurants, il parco termale di Negombo) and also less than a minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to other more far-afield places on the island like Maronti, Forio, the Castello, the port, etc.

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, i dettagli sono curati ed eleganti. La camera è funzionale ma non particolarmente grande e avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata negli arredamenti. Molto apprezzato il terrazzino con vista giardino e piscina termale.
La piscina, una coccola, ci si rilassa davvero, migliorabile la pulizia e la manutenzione tecnica, ma comunque accettabile. Il piccolo giardino è davvero ben tenuto, tanti dettagli, piante, fiori, un vero angolo di natura tra le strutture di Lacco Ameno.

Cons:

Sul personale c'è qualche nota stonata, raramente mi sono sentito a disagio con un host, non ci siamo sentiti apprezzati come clienti, forse per via della presenza dei nostri bimbi di 1 e 2 anni, che pur comportandosi da bimbi, non hanno mai avuto atteggiamenti molesti o indisciplinati. Quella che era solo un'impressione è stata poi confermata dal fatto che ad oggi la struttura non accetta bambini.
Della coppia, l'uomo ha avuto comunque un comportamento da Host attento e conviviale, ciò non poteva dirsi della signora che non mostrava neppure la parvenza di ospitalità, sempre freddina, poco incline al dialogo, mai un sorriso insomma. Tirando le somme, posto molto bello, gestione meno.

Im familiär geführten Hotel mit Wohlfühlambiente wunderbar erholt und entspannt - danke!

Die freundliche Begrüßung, der traumhaft schöne Garten, das italienische Ambiente - ein familiengeführtes Hotel zum rundum wohlfühlen! Ich hatte ein traumhaft schönes Zimmer, mit sehr guten Betten, alles perfekt sauber! Eine Terrasse mit Meerblick und ein Badezimmer mit Fenster mit wunderschönem Blick! Das feine Frühstück wurde serviert und alle meine Wünsche wie Obst, Joghurt, ein Ei wurden erfüllt! Entspannen konnte ich mich im Thermalpool und im gepflegten Garten mit Palmen und Blumen - einfach herrlich! Ich habe mich dort wunderbar erholt!

Für mich ist es einfach perfekt

C’è di meglio e sotto tutti i punti di vista
Pros:

La colazione su richiesta e dovevi anche stare attento a chiedere qualcosa di altro. Alle 8 in punto ero al tavolo e non c’era nessuno , dopo poco il gestore si riferiva ad altri clienti dicendo che c’erano stati chiodi nel letto che ci avevano svegliati così presto!
