Always amazed by the Aragonese castle view
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area and has an amazing view of Aragonese Castle. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a little bit of everything. The hotel also offered an organized evening shuttle service to nearby towns, which was very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about walking back to the hotel in the evening.
One of our favorite things was the nearby Spiaggia Libera di Sant’Anna, a small public “wild” beach. It was never crowded and was always very peaceful, which made it the perfect place for us to relax. The walk back to the hotel is quite uphill, but it’s definitely worth it!

Cons:

Honestly, nothing really. If we had to point out something, the walls were a little thin, but that’s quite common in hotels and you simply have to be prepared for the possibility that some guests may be a bit louder than others. The room also had a slightly musty smell. However, given the combination of hot weather and high humidity, this is quite understandable. With the air conditioning on and the windows mostly closed, it’s probably difficult to properly air out the room.

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent stay at a great location, walking distance down to Ischia ponte and Ischia Porte if you are up to it. Free shuttles in the evening back from both were a nice touch as it is a steep hill back to the property. Bus stop right outside for getting around the rest of the island.

Staff were excellent and very friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

The sunbeds by the main pool got filled up very quickly in the morning but this is just a matter of space, as there was a second pool you could sit at.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

One thing I didn't like was the way sun loungers were reserved. Many guests would leave their towels on the loungers early in the morning and then not use them for hours, keeping them reserved until the pool closed.

As a result, when we wanted to relax by the pool for just an hour or two, it was almost impossible to find a free sun lounger, even though many of the "reserved" ones remained empty for most of the day. I think the hotel should have a policy to prevent this, so that all guests have a fair chance to use the loungers.

Struttura stupenda, 3 piscine di cui una coperta, il mare a 1 chilometro però in discesa e quindi ritorno in salita
Colazione abbondante e varia.
Possibilità di pranzare e cenare in struttura con prezzi veramente convenienti.
Personale accogliente e sempre disponibile.
La camera nonostante fosse economy veramente spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort.
Navetta disponibile la sera per andare e tornare dal centro.
La vista dall’albergo sul castello Aragonese davvero suggestiva.

Cons:

Pietanze e menù da albergo non proprio da ristorante però per il prezzo non ci si può lamentare.

Nice stay on Ischia hills
Pros:

This hotel is right in front of the Castello Aragonese, it's on a hill, and climbing especially in the summer heat might make you sweat. However the view was amazing, the hotel had quite big area, with two pools, one of which was really large and deep, and tennis courts. Poolside bar was an excellent spot to grab some ice cream or Aperol.

Cons:

The breakfast was decent, no variety of salads, and often no options of low fat prosciutto.
The beds were awful - hard and uncomfortable. Almost every day we were waking up with back discomfort. This was the major issue of our holiday.
As public transport is working quite irregularly on the island, the only way to reach the hotel, especially with luggage, is either taxi or a rented car. Btw car rental is quite cheep on the island.
The hotel does not have own beach, but there is a steep road that takes you to the rocky seaside, where it is possible to swim, but not to rest at the beach.

Låg fint inte långt från det historiska centrumet på lugnt läge med utsikt över Aragonese. Trevlig personal och bra frukost för att vara syditalien. Samt den gratis shuttlen man kunde använda på kvällarna. Samt busshållplats precis vid hotellet.
