Wonderful place, clean hotel, kind staff.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant experience. We had an accident on the island and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful to provide support and relief outside what was expected. The facilities are good and the rooms extremely clean. The location is amazing, better than in the picture. With a shortcut, the hotel is 10 min walking from ischia ponte city center.

Cons:

We loved the outdoor hot pool cos in April the big one was still a bit cool. The indoor pool is also nice but could be a bit cozier. We highly recommend the hotel.

Pros:

A pochi minuti a piedi dal castello, l’hotel offre un’ottima colazione variegata, con camere pulite e ampie. Personale molto gentile e pronto a risolvere inconvenienti. Il panorama che comprende il castello aragonese è davvero unico.

Was the perfect break to finish off the holiday season.
Pros:

Lovely holiday location. Excellent location with an epic view of the castle.
A short walk to the town. Staff are lovely. Very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Food selection was limited however this was probably due to the fact that we stayed there a week before the hotel closed for the season.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
Prices extremely reasonable.

5 giorni indimenticabili ad Ischia
Pros:

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni indimenticabili ad Ischia. Poi tutto il personale era molto simpatico e sempre disponibile ad assisterci o anche semplicemente per parlare un po’. La camera buona e aveva il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Colazione buona, bar con buone opzioni per il pranzo, e hanno anche il servizio per la cena tramite prenotazione (il cui non abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di assaggiare perché abbiamo scelto di andare a conoscere altri posti sull’isola).

Piscina libera dalle 8 alle 20h, con lieto e ombrelloni.

In generale, solo complimenti per l’ottimo servizio offerto da tutti.

Si arriva facilmente con l’autobus 12 (anche se ci mette un po’ ad arrivare nella fermata degli autobus) e si usa anche il 13 per andare a Ischia porto. Abbastanza vicino della spiaggia di carta romana e anche del castello. Consiglio di nollegiare un motorino per girare l’isola facilmente e non stare ad aspettare gli autobus, usarlo solo al primo e ultimo giorno per caricare le valigie.

We had a great stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, and the poolbar was nice. The location was good, great view of the sea and castle from the beach. Bus stop in front. Access to town is quick but it's a steep hill to come back. The free shuttle service was great for that, but only available in the evening. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated, but comfortable.

Pros:

Struttura con confort di alto livello. Proprietario e collaboratori di comprovata empatia ed umanità.Esperienza da rifare, magari noleggiando uno scooter. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ama rilassarsi in ambiente rigenerante.

Pros:

What an experience staying here! It's a family hotel - and they'll treat you like that, too. When our baby bounced on the tiles, they called their own childhood doctor to come directly. The restaurant manager would take her to the kitchen, others would kindly give us some personal advices and helps. We felt like treated 5 star (it's probably a 3 star hotel because some facilities look a bit dated). Italian hospitality and their love for children is priceless anyway, but here it's outperformed!

Ischia was really worth it too - vulcanic so furtile, flowers everywhere, and more "local" then crowded Capri or Amalfi. Warm people. Recommended.

I don't always take the time writing a review, but it's a pleasure assuring you that this hotel - with the view, the flowers, the swimming pools, the lovely attention and care - it won't disappoint you!

Cons:

There was nothing that disappointed us, but good to know for people with little baby's: there is no grass, so you have to look after them a bit.

A piece of heaven
Pros:

My favourite hotel in Italy! It’s a family one plays in the staff is so friendly and the views are the best on the island - castello Aragonese is always a dream to look at. I recommend anyone thinking about booking - to do it. You won’t be sorry ❤️❤️❤️
