Major bucket list item✔️A beautiful, historic and entirely unique experience!
Pros:

Best breakfast of our trip! Incredible views and a dreamy, bucket list experience! The grounds were gorgeous, staff was lovely and visiting the castle grounds is included in your stay!

Cons:

Liked everything. Taxi dropped us at the end of the long bridge to drag our bags in. You have to want it! Thankful for the young people who carried our bags to our room once we arrived at the entrance to the castle!

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Le personnel attentionné et la vue.

Cons:

Le repas 6 services au restaurant. La nourriture était bonne mais le repas reste un des moins apprécié du voyage et à 120€ par personne sans vin ça ne vaut pas le coup. En restant à l'hôtel nous avons cette magnifique vue à tous les matins au déjeuner.

On balance we would stay again!
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the location and views are amazing. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Despite niggles below, we would happily stay again - it's a very special place

Cons:

Rooms felt quite cramped for two people, and those that face onto the terrace have to listen to the noise/music from the outdoor bar/dinner service in the evening. And minor issue, but earlier access to breakfast, or at least coffee before 8am would have been ideal.

I love the property, the rooms were a bit spare, but I understand it was part of a monastery. I would say that the bed was slightly uncomfortable.
