Perfect location for relaxing and excursions
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent , with many options to choose . Location is beautifull but would be great to have indications in advance how to get there . Sometimes gps do not work well in rural areas .

Wunderschöne Aussicht
Pros:

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Rundblick von der Terrasse in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Cons:

Wenn man etwas bemängeln könnte: Personal ist sehr langsam, beim Bestellen bzw. servieren und es wäre schön, wenn es zumindest eine tina caliente hätte.

Exceptional way to enjoy the magic of Chiloe
Pros:

This was exceptional. Every aspect of the design was stunning. We were immediately welcomed and asked to treat this as our home. The staff couldn’t have tried harder to make it a memorable stay and also tried to find our missing luggage from our flight from Madrid. The breakfast and dinner were brilliant as were the wines.

Todo, de inicio a fin de nuestra estadía.
Un lugar de descanso, lleno de detalles, Nos encanto cordialidad de sus dueños ,quienes nos recibieron dio un plus a nuestra estadía.
La Cena exquisita, la belleza del paisaje, cómodas y hermosas instalaciones. Un hotel en el que te sientes como en casa, volveremos sin dudar.

Un écrin de sérénité et de confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel & Cava Estancia Rilán.
L’accueil a vraiment été exceptionnel. Toute l’équipe a été chaleureuse et d’une grande gentillesse. Une mention spéciale pour Mónica qui dirige l’équipe et qui nous a accompagnés du début à la fin avec beaucoup d’attention. Grâce à ses conseils, nous avons pu découvrir les plus beaux endroits de Chiloé et profiter pleinement de notre passage sur l’ile.

L’hôtel est confortable, calme et élégant, avec un véritable engagement en faveur d’un écotourisme de qualité et authentique qui se ressent dans les détails, dans l’ambiance et dans le service.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce petit coin de Chiloé, chaleureux et paisible, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Pros:

Modern and classy structure with a beautiful landscape and gorgeous views right from the rooms’ window and balcony! The owners are very friendly and helpful with finding interesting hikes and places to see around.
Excellent hotel with a good staff (we only wish that the staff could communicate better in English).
