Pros:

After our first night at Basen Hotel, we spent the day exploring the beautiful sights in the surrounding area. We had originally planned to continue our journey in the evening and stay somewhere else for the night. But after such a lovely first night here, we decided to come back to Basen Hotel, spend another night, and continue our journey in the morning instead.

The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the excellent food in the restaurant and the good selection of wines.

What made our stay truly special, though, was the wonderful hospitality. We felt very welcome and genuinely looked after. It was a memorable experience and a beautiful part of our trip through Armenia.

A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

Cons:

Wine prices in the menu are a little confusing. We ended up paying a little more than expected.

A cosy short break
Pros:

A really lovely place. Clean, comfy, modern rooms and friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary peach on arrival which was incredibly delicious and a nice extra touch! They also let me leave my luggage there for the day after checking out which was much appreciated.

Sehr freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Man hat mir eine Tour mit Jeep und äußerst kompetenter Führerin nach Ughtasar organisiert. Ein besonderes Erlebnis meiner Reise.

Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen war köstlich.

Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer groß und sehr sauber.

Personal spricht sehr gut Englisch.
