Очень понравилось место! Красивый вид на горы, чисто, удобно, есть паркинг, что очень удобно. Вкусный завтрак и очень приятный персонал! Рекомендуем!

Удобная кровать, дружелюбное отношение. Чистота. Есть халаты и тапочки. Шампунь, кондиционер. Вечером девочки угостили фруктами. Большая парковка.

There's nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everything is incredibly clean, the staff goes above and beyond to help, and the rooms have all you need (slippers, bathroom robes, and all the toilet-related things). There is a restaurant in the hotel which I also recommend - many options and the food is delicious. The location is a good compromise if you are by car and intend to visit some of the attractions close by (St. Karaper, Tatev etc).

The lady managing the hotel, Hasmik, is incredibly knowledgeable about Armenian culture, traditions, and is happy to share it to anyone who asks about it. My friend and I learned a lot with her. She also does a lot for the community and is doing a wonderful job in running the hotel.

You can book workshops at the hotel (traditional Armenian carpet making, how to make lavash and some more). We booked on the workshop on the day we did it (carpet making) and it was perfectly fine. We went to Tatev before to take the cable car and see the monastery and they even called to confirm if the cable car was open and reserve the tickets for us (Mondays are usually the maintenance day, thus not always possible to visit).

Overall, it truly made a difference for us to stay there. The hospitality was incredible and if I would go back, I would stay there again.

Понравилось практический все: Расположение, завтрак, ресторан (мы там очень вкусно поужинали), на ресепшне теннисный стол стоит – можно в настольный теннис поиграть.
В номере своя колонка, мебель свежая, матрас ортопедический - удобный.
Особенно хочу подчеркнуть приветливость и вовлеченность персонала.

Les chambres sont très propres et très confortables et nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et le petit déjeuner le lendemain matin… Tout était excellent.

Chambre très confortable avec un bon niveau d'équipement : peignoirs, chaussons, sèche cheveux...

Nejlepší na ubytování je personál hotelu, který Vám s úsměvem splní všechno. K hotelu patří i restaurace, kde dobře vaří. Pokoje jsou prostorné, postele velice pohodlné. Zastavili jsme se tu dvakrát

Quasiment seuls en ce début avril, et pourtant un accueil au top, façon grand hôtel, des équipements très soignés, un lit king size dans une chambre irréprochable. Dîner et petit-déjeuner sur place, ce qui compte dans la ville de Sisian, plutôt endormie à cette période...
Agréablement surpris !

Alles war super! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut (Man müsste etwas länger auf das Essen warten, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat.)

Personale gentile, camera grande e ben riscaltata, servizio ristorante eccellente, servono un vino della casa superlativo!

The front desk staff was cheerful and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds - the family room had a large double bed (queen size?) plus two twin beds, a small desk, and a lovely view (see photo). After we arrived around 6pm and got settled, we called down to order a light dinner. My husband wanted s'pas even though it wasn't on the menu, and they happily accommodated him. The food was fresh and delicious, including the breakfast buffet of breads, cereals, matzoun (natural yogurt), mooraba (fruit preserves), honey, eggs, and fruits. Our 11 year old enjoyed using the ping pong table in the reception area. Water in the bathroom got hot quickly -- just don't expect it to last for a long shower, especially if you are doing a full routine for long hair! Special thanks to the front desk staff for finding a toothbrush kit for our daughter who forgot to bring hers.
