Pros:

Personalul a fost mereu gata pentru a rezolva orice solicitare.

Cons:

Am optat pentru micul dejun in camera, deoarece am venit cu un catel, iar politica hotelului nu permite sa fie lasat dingur in camera.
Astfel, primul mic dejun primit in camera a fost exact cum am cerut pe fisa, dar cel de-al 2-lea a fost facut in graba, iar in loc de sucuri fresh naturale, ne-au livrat un fel de Prigat neacidulat, fara nicio legatura cu un suc fresh, iar omleta cu cartofi a fost livrata ca omleta simpla si separat cartofii...🙄

O optiune foarte buna de cazare
Pros:

Camere foarte curate si bine mentinute. Personal amabil. Un hotel cu facilitati bune

Cons:

Apa din piscine prea rece. Zona de piscina cu temperaturi destul de scazute fata de alte locatii.

Sejur plăcut, cu câteva excepții.
Pros:

Hotelul bine amplasat. Camera curată, frumos decorată și cu toate facilitățile, precum și cu fierbător, cafea, ceai. Patul confortabil. Baia dotată cu produse cosmetice, inclusiv dischete și bețișoare pentru urechi. Micul dejun foarte variat și gustos, indiferent de gusturi. Cafeaua foarte bună.

Cons:

Frig în cameră. Era luna martie. Trebuia să sesizezi personalul de la recepție, ca altfel caloriferele erau reci, nu exista nici o instrucțiune cum să le pornești și nici personalul de la recepție nu ne-a înștiințat cum să procedăm, deși trebuia să o facă, dacă știau ca nu există căldură centralizată în hotel, ci individual pe cameră.
Alt punct în minus a fost reprezentat de angajata care servea la barul din holul hotelului, care, deși nu avea nici un client, nu a venit la masă să ne prezinte meniul și să ne ia comanda, a așteptat să mergem noi să-i comandam.
