A good and solid choice for Sinaia
Pros:

I like the hotel, very good food on both Tyrol and the Italian restaurant, and also a very generous breakfast. Good selection in minibar and comfortable/clean room

Cons:

WiFi barely worked, bar closed a bit early.

Recepția , amplasamentul hotelului , restaurantul unde se mănâncă chiar foarte bine !!

Cons:

Check in ul trebuia să fie la ora 16 , oricum mi se pare foarte târziu dar nici la ora 16 camerele nu erau gata , raportat la calitate preț camerele sunt mici fără balcon , când am venit de la piscină , surpriza hotelul nu avea apă deloc , nu am putut să ne spălăm nici noi nici copiii și nici să folosim toaletele , micul dejun diversificat dar mâncarea fără gust , nu recomand!!!

Hotelul arată foarte frumos, in special zona de lobby, camera plăcută, confortabilă. Ne-a plăcut in special bufetul de la micul dejun, de asemeni personalul din restaurant, profesioniști. Zona de spa este un mare plus, apa din jacuzzi, piscine caldă, totul curat

Un pic ar trebui insistat pe curățenia care se face zilnic in camere, nu e nimic grav, am mai reveni dacă am avea ocazia

Amabilitatea personalului, micul dejun

Cons:

A fost cam răcoare in camera, nesimțire la SPA, ar trebui impus un timp maxim de folosit jacuzzi, copii mici cu pamperși in piscina, acest lucru l-am observat pentru a doua oară, inclusiv la cazarea precedenta. Atunci am anunțat chiar. Calitatea conexiunii la internet nesatisfăcătoare.

Este singurul hotel unde m-aș întoarce .
Pros:

Micul dejun este minunat . Când nu sunt foarte mulți turiști , zona de piscine este foarte plăcută .

Cons:

Camera în care am stat avea câteva defecte (ex. Pe sub ușă era un spațiu destul de mare ) . Și curățenia nu era tocmai ce mă așteptam , nu dau cu aspiratorul în camera , praful e șters în fugă . Mergem de cel puțin 2/3 ori pe an în acest hotel , dar la curățenie ceva s-a schimbat .
