Pros:

Hotel ohne anwesendes Personal. Kein Frühstück gebucht.
Gutes gastronomisches Angebot im Städtchen.

Cons:

Anmeldeprozedur (Schlüsselerhalt) war vorher nicht klar. Glücklicherweise kam zufällig jemand vom Stuff vorbei.

Lärmende Gäste, die nachts abreisten.

Sehr sauber und sehr bequem, nach einem anstrengenden Tag im Heidepark war das einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Gute Anbindung in Soltau.

Sehr laut, weil direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße gelegen. Sehr heiß in den Zimmern. Außentemperatur über 30 Grad, keine Klimaanlage und Dachgeschoss.

Lovely, clean, central and lovely town
Pros:

It was centrally located, the gentleman I spoke with was helpful and helped me out with luggage and it was a clean and nice space.

Cons:

I thought there would be a reception at the property, that was my mistake, it’s more like an air bnb situation with private rooms.
