تعاون رائع من الأستاذة أسماء مع ملاحظات بسيطة على النظافة.
Pros:

أشكر الأستاذة أسماء على تعاونها وأسلوبها الراقي. تعاملها كان احترافي وسريع في الاستجابة، وهذا ترك انطباع ممتاز عن خدمة الاستقبال.

Cons:

عند استلام الشقة لاحظت أن كرسي الحمام في حمام الصالة من الداخل يحتاج تنظيف ولم يتم تنظيفه بشكل جيد. كذلك عند تسجيل الخروج لم أجد من يساعدني في نقل الشنط باستخدام العربة إلى السيارة واضطررت لنقلها بنفسي.

طلبت منهم تكسي مطار و تم الاعتماد عليهم ولكن لم يتم حجزه بحجة انه قامت الموظفة بنسيان الموضوع
وتم الطلب منهم تنبيه استيقاظ ولم يتم عمله بحجة ان الموظف لم يتم تسليمه من الذي قبله

ملاحظتي الوحيدة هي في تحسين الممر المؤدي من الفندق للمول وتحسبن الانارة فيه لانه كان جدا مظلم في وقت المساء
وغير مرتب كأني في سطح بيت احد العوائل .. من الافضل اعادة تهئية الممر بشكل افضل وانارة أقوى
