لابأس بها لاني كنت مضطرة بس ماراح أعيدها

اهتمامهم بالنظافة وأنه مافي ريحة كريهة في الفندق مجملاً

ومفرش السرير شكلياً نظيف بس فيه ريحه الصراحه ماقدرت استخدمه وفرشت فوقه شرشف وجبت معايا بطانيه
وبوفيه الفطور محدود جداً مافيه تنوع والكبدة مليانه شخط 😢 والبطاطس المهروس ماااصخ جداً

I struggled with poor wifi. Otherwise great location
Great staff.
Place looks old building, door lock was broken but managed to secure the room.
I would book with them again just for location and great cooperative staff

Old & Dirty Hotel, super Bad , Not Recommended at all

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness level is extremely poor. The rooms are very old and there is an unpleasant smell throughout. The furniture and décor are outdated and poorly maintained, giving the impression that the property hasn’t been renovated in years.
The facilities are not operational — the gym is closed and the swimming pool is not functioning, despite being listed as amenities. Overall, the hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards in terms of maintenance, hygiene, or attention to detail.

Horribly unpleasant. Couldn’t wait to leave.
Pros:

This is a very over-rated hotel, the pictures of which were entirely deceptive. The reception sees is the best part of the hotel. Everything else is dirty and dingy. The sofas in our junior suite were dirty, with spots clearly visible. When we entered, we discovered there were no towels. When we complained only two were provided by housekeeping. The restaurant was another disappointment: the bread was of a very low quality and the coffee had a very off-taste. The saving grace was that replacement coffee was acquired by the manager, a very pleasant gentleman. In fact, the staff was the best part of the hotel. In closing I would never recommend this awful place.
