Le staff receptionist non erano gentile Con client sia khaled sia mohammed parlano male con client Hanno una mancanza di respect al cliente I hope che l’ho cambiano così hotel sarà perfect … o almeno l’ho danno informazioni come parlano con tourist cliente ..
Ho chiesto al receptionist dove meglio prenotare la camera da vuoi o in Booking mi fa vai farla su boking e mi fa ok un modo con la mano che non hai gentile per niente… e anche mi ha minacciato di lasciarmi un commento su di me male su Booking come fa un receptionist a parlare con cliente di hotel così … veramente una vergogna…

الاسعار غاليه بالنسبه للخدمات المقدمه عمال اخدمه قليله جدا الاغراض فى الغرف ولادوات نادره وغير متوفره بويات الغرف مقشره والاصنصيل واحد فقط والثانى معطل ناسف للوصول بالفندق الى هذه الدرجه كان من افضل الفنادق اللتى نقصدها فى جده
