Terrible facilities, horrible management, perfect location

The location is perfect. Close to all key shopping and commercial areas in jeddah. With all brands and outlets you can imagine

Cons:

The facilities are broken down. The management is horrible. They are destroying a beautiful hotel located in a perfect location. This is my third time e staying in velvet and it keeps getting worse. The bath drain in my room is. Blocked and I complained. They promised to change my room but they never did. The staff except the bellmen are very unwelcoming. The breakfast was terrible yet it’s combined as cafeteria for all their staff and before you complete eating you are already lining up and surrounded by staff struggling for buffet with a guest.
