Booking made with the promise of free break fast, but the staff shown ignorance. Very poor service. Unclean towel was provided, that too after request. Bath soap was not provided. No inter-com service is available. There was argument with the staff on the issue of providing Invoice. Unqualified front staff.

No existent - they received our booking but had no room available.

We turned up after confirming the booking and they told us they did not have a room for us. They did not offer any assistance in finding alternative accommodation. We were stuck and had to stay with a relative. I will never book a FabHotel room again.

Worst experience till date. Dirty room. Dirty bed. Dirty washroom. Cigarette buds were all around the washroom, balcony and lifts. Not at all a safe place to stay.
