Need to iron outside
I used to be a regular customer at this hotel, but my recent stay last week has unfortunately changed my impression.
Previously, the cleanliness was always tip-top. However, during my last visit, the comforter and bedsheet had visible stains and looked like they were not properly changed. This was quite disappointing.
The water heater was also not functioning, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
Additionally, there were leftover medicines from a previous guest on the bedhead, which raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their cleanliness and maintenance moving forward.

Очень сильно воняло мочой, пока я не закрыл дверь в туалете и не включил там вытяжку и кондиционер на полную и не открыл окно
Near to city centre
Your pillow at room 101 is really bad. Change to bit soft pillow and please replace your toilet tab..
The location is quite strategic, there are some convinient store, coffee shop and restaurant nearby with walking distance. Check in procedure is easy.
The hotel facilities are a bit old, the toilet and floor are dusty. The sound proof is a bit weak, can easily hear vehicles pass by sounds and the other room sound.

Bantal ada berbau hapak, dicadangkan tukar bantal yg baharu. Bilik dekat dgn store, staff smoking asap masuk ke bilik guest.. yang lain2 baik.. terima kasih sgt2 rekemen..
