Es gab wieder Leute die die Liegestühle mit Tücher reserviert haben.

Die Lage ist sensationell und außergewöhnlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön präsentiert und sehr gut. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit abgeschlossenem kleinen und sehr gut schattierten Kleinvorgarten mit Sitzplatz und Tisch.

Cons:

Besser hätte die Innenbeleuchtung im Zimmer und im Bad sein können.

Es un edificio clásico muy bonito, pero no tiene ascensor. Si te alojas arriba del todo, son muchas escaleras cada vez.

Super emplacement qui nous a permis de bien profiter des alentours mais hôtel qui pourrait être mieux géré.

L’emplacement, la vue, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Terrasse pas propre avec un transat cassé et des canapés vieux et pas confortables, pas de luminosité dans les chambres et lumières trop faibles, tous les transat étaient réservés au bord de la piscine alors que les clients n’étaient pas là, pas écologique de changer les serviettes tous les jours, devoir sortir de l’hôtel pour rentrer dans sa chambre, très bruyant nous avons été réveillé tous les matins par des pleurs de bébé et cris dans les couloirs!

Fantastiskt läge, och otroligt genuint- men väldigt stressad personal.

Cons:

Poolen var underbar, men är inte gjord för massa skrikande barn .
Synd att det inte är ett vuxen hotell .
Vi lämnade tidigare än vi tänkte för alla stökiga barnfamiljer.

Mooi hotel in hartje Lazise!
Pros:

Locatie en zwembad: Midden in het centrum maar je kon je helemaal terugtrekken, geweldig! Receptie doet ook veel moeite, was heel fijn.

Cons:

Geen grote spiegel in de kamer en te weinig licht in badkamer en slaapkamer.

Nice location staff okay but it’s not really a Hotel. It’s some Rooms stuck on the back of a very very good restaurant.

Amazing location right in the seafront

Cons:

Entrance to the hotel is there a side gate that leads you more or less to the side of the Kitchens and the staircase up to not very good reception?
Everything was fine apart from a night about 5 o’clock in the morning every night a machine starts running in the roof forward of our room. We did mention it to reception but got a cold shoulder. No one cared.
I think it’s to do with the Kitchens maybe the extraction when they fire things up there but it should not be there and it should not be in a guest room

Bra läge och pool. Personalen behöver arbeta på sitt kundbemötande.
Pros:

Centralt beläget, läget är det absolut bästa. Trevlig utsikt vid frukosten. En toppenbra pool att spendera em vid.

Cons:

Personalen i restaurangen. Flera var stressade och otrevliga, vilket märktes i deras kommunikation med oss, och vi hade därmed svårt att njuta av middagen i lugn och ro.

Bokade hotellets parkering, dock var den otroligt tight och vi hade fått en parkeringsskada av en annan bil när vi skulle hämta ut den. Hotellet har inte bemödat sig att svara angående denna situation.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt am Gardasee und nur wenige Schritte von der wunderschönen Altstadt von Lazise entfernt. Besser kann man die Umgebung kaum genießen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die tägliche Zimmerreinigung, die stets sehr gründlich war.

Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See war ein echtes Highlight.

Insgesamt ein Hotel mit einer ausgezeichneten Lage und freundlichem Service, bei dem es in einigen Bereichen noch Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war allerdings recht dunkel und sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Badezimmer hätte die Beleuchtung deutlich heller sein können.

Die Auswahl am Buffet war jedoch eher überschaubar. Für unseren Geschmack hätte es etwas mehr Vielfalt geben können – Torten und Kuchen sind für uns kein Frühstück.

Der kleine Pool im Innenhof ist grundsätzlich nett, allerdings waren die wenigen Liegen meist schon belegt.

Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir außerdem bei den Parkgebühren. Da es sich um den hoteleigenen Parkplatz handelt, wäre eine inkludierte Nutzung im Zimmerpreis wünschenswert.
