Lazise is geweldig. Je betaald voor de plek van het hotel. Het staat midden in centrum met uitzicht op het mooie Garda meer. Direct aan de boulevard met alle gezellige reuring om je heen.
Vaste gasten hebben bij personeel een streepje voor. Dat zit niet uit moeten maken.

Perfect location in Lazise.
God beliggenhed. God restaurant.
1) Sengen var alt for hård. 2) Stort set umuligt at få plads ved hotellets pool. 3) Manglende forståelse for behov for tidlig morgenmad på afgangsdagen, hvor et stort lokalt marked nødvendiggjorde afgang senest kl. 8.
Der må forventes bedre service knyttet til den relativt høje værelsespris.
The view and location were perfect. The pool was nice.
Our air conditioning didn’t work the first night AT ALL. No one was ever at the check in desk and the wait staff were the only people around to ask for help. Our room was over 88 degrees AT NIGHT. They would not give us another room, and don’t even have a fan they would give us- so my husband went to the bar in the evening and unplugged their fan and took it for our room. Our family of 4 had to sleep in one bed so we could all share the single fan. They fixed the air mid day on day two. Our refrigerator in the room also did not work and they simply told us “too bad”. The room looked nothing like the photos on booking, the bathroom was gross, the floor never felt quite clean. There was almost never anyone at the reception desk, or they were hiding from us, I’m not sure which.
Great location on the lakefront
The Superior rooms are all on the ground floor in a courtyard. They have a slightly claustrophobic feeling. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom.
