Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, aber nichts für geräuschempfindliche Menschen
Pros:

Das Personal war toll. Die Mitarbeitenden durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut: umfangreich, frisches (!) Obst und Gemüse und auch sonst alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und sauber. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, was in der Gegend sonst schnell zum Problem werden kann. Hinsichtlich der Lage bin ich zwiegespalten: einerseits dicht am See und nah zur Altstadt, andererseits ist das Lokal auf der anderen Straßenseite sehr laut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und warum über die Winterpause der Halter für den Duschkopf nicht repariert wird, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen - so was trübt den Eindruck kolossal. Die Wände sind sehr dünn: Duschen, Toilettengang, Streit im Nebenzimmer? Immer live dabei. Ebenso sind die Fenster nicht schalldicht, das o.g. Lokal auf der anderen Straßenseite ist laut, die Menschen feiern. Es wäre schön, wenn die Fenster im geschlossen Zustand den Lärm draußen lassen würden.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl. Täglich wechselnde warme Komponenten (Gemüse, herzhaft gefülltes Blätterteiggebäck).
Geräumiger Frühstücksraum und große Terrasse.
Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage.
Schlafraum mit kleinem, aber feinem Balkon
Badezimmer schön groß und mit kleinem Balkon.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung nicht optimal. Die meisten Schubläden des Holz-Sideboards ließen sich nicht öffnen. Kleiderschrank hatte eine Höhe von nur 1,50 m und keine Fachböden.
Die Wände des Zimmers waren mit dunkler Magenta-Farbe gestrichen.
TV-Liebhaber können Programme nur in italienischer Sprache ansehen. Deutsche Sender wurden nicht empfangen.

Erholung
Pros:

Wir hatten im Juni für 5 Tage gebucht - daraus wurden dann 7 :).
Die Atmosphäre, die Terrasse, der Pool etc., es ist einfach schön, dort zu verweilen.
Zimmer, Service, Standort (Auto blieb am hoteleigenen Parkplatz stehen, 5 Minuten zur Altstadt) haben 5 Sterne verdient!!
Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Benacus-Team.
Die Freundlichkeit von Euch ist kaum zu überbieten!!
Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Hotel confortevole, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda vicino alla strada principale con possibilità di parcheggio interno anche per la moto. Colazione varia e abbondante

Sehr nettes Hotel, empfehlenswert, Preis Leistung stimmt
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sehr sauber, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, super Lage, nur ca. 200 m in die Altstadt

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders die Zimmertüren sind sehr "lärmdurchlässig".

Angehmer Aufenthalt bei vorbildlichen Personal
Pros:

Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Angenehm die Größe des Frühstücksraum, da habe ich schon andere Sachen erlebt. Hotel liegt genau richtig, ruhig neben dem Zentrum, aber man ist zu Fuß in einer Minute im Zentrum.

Das Zimmer ist ein wenig in die Tage gekommen, aber aber es war sauber. Das Hotel besitzt auch einen schönen Pool mit
Liegestühlen.

Das Personal ist super nett, egal ob Empfang, beim Frühstück oder das Reinigunpspersonal, ein dickes Lob.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!
