Excellent accommodation, central to great shopping and restaurants. A short walk to the beach.
Pros:

Amazing place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was excellent, right in the middle of Legian and a short walk to the beach. Restaurant has amazing meals.

Come stay at Rama Gardens
Pros:

Our stay here was exceptional very close to all you need shopping, massages and restruants.
Staff went beyond to make us feel welcome.
Rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable beds after a day out of adventures.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay here. Next door to garlic lane. The house keeping surprised us with roses on Valentine’s Day and to my aunty’s birthday.

Fijne plek!
Pros:

Het is een lekker rustig plekje midden in de drukte.
Het personeel werkt heel hard om alles netjes en schoon te houden.
Er staat een lekker bankje op het fijne balkon.
De sfeer is heel relaxed op het resort.

Wonderful customer service experience.
Pros:

My first time staying at this hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. The welcome on arrival was perfect...very pleasant....very attentive...drink...snack...air condotioned room to wait in while room was being prepared (I was early). The room was spotless and very nice. (I'm used to villas so it's always hard to downsize). Good size room and all I needed in there. The whole feel for the place was really positive and I definitely would return and stay again. **The check in and check out experience I had was perfect, I felt very welcomed and well attended to. Well done to the staff !!!

Pretty, clean, coffee pods in room

Cons:

The aircon was broken ( staff attempted to fix but couldn’t ) the fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep. A light shone through our bathroom all night which was also awful.
Outside noise was too much , could hear ppl above us on their phones talking at 6.30am

Pleasantly Surprised
Pros:

We had never stayed there before and I can say without doubt we will be staying there again soon. The rooms really were deluxe, the staff energetic and friendly to the point you felt you were leaving newly made friends behind! Pool and day beds were excellent and breakfast was delicious with good choices. The water machine in your room made life so much easier with ample clean fresh hot and cold water and I haven’t even started on about its location! In the heart of Legian it’s as close to all you need or want within walking distance. Of course it may not be within the budget of many Bali travellers but for the money we think it’s well worth it.
