Location is great staff always friendly and helpful 👍

Cons:

Rooms are nice, but the bathroom needs up grading to just a walking in shower. As we get older, it's hard to climb in & out a bath to have a shower plus very dangerous. Have stayed here on & off since 1980.

Great location, well kept grounds and facilities, but getting a little tired.
Pros:

Great location next to the beach. Pool areas are great. Plenty of shops and restraunts in walking distance.

Cons:

The resort is getting old. Air con worked but was noisy. Shower over bath where the transfer level to activate the shower head only worked sometimes. The drain pipe for the hand basin vanity wasn't even secured with a nut but just taped together and would leak each time I used it.

Great pool and location. Rooms in need of serious upgrade.
Pros:

The pool and location was fantastic. Great band on barbecue day.

Cons:

Dark dingy room that got no sun. Room had one tea bag, one instant coffee and one powdered milk. One tooth brush supplied.
Water was not hot and lucky to get slightly warm. Charge of US$ 2 if bottle that is used to refill water is broken. Charge if room key is lost.
Breakfast was disappointing.
Not enough sun beds which can be common in lots of places, but very few umbrellas with little shade.

The rooms are tired and really need an upgrade but it was clean and the staff were lovely
Pros:

Location was good for our teenage sons

Cons:

Rooms to old and tired. We asked for our beds to be put together twice & it still didn’t happen so gave up and slept in single beds. Had hand towels in the first day and none until the last day

Pros:

staff are lovely, pool was great, great location on the beach and close to sports bars and restaurants

Cons:

I booked rooms months and months ago to secure decent rooms and ended up in the residential area which was pretty depressing when i saw them, the rooms were fine and were large but the balcony area was like hiding behind shelter sheds at school, looking onto the neighbours fence, compared to my daughters connecting room at 511 and 509 which had a lovely balcony onto the garden. That really is my only gripe about the place

Pros:

Breakfast was a full range and most enjoyable part of each day.

Cons:

The tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet. Quite dangerous😞.

It was great value for money. I liked the location.

It was great value for money. I liked the location. The pools were clean and the temperature was perfect...cool enough to be refreshing, but warm enough to walk straight in.

Cons:

I didn't like the quality of the pillows or the cleanliness of the pillows... my friends pillows in her room were mouldy....the sheets and pillow cases were very clean however. I would have preferred a larger TV, the placement of the television on the counter top was too low for someone who uses multi-focal glasses. I had to lift mine up to sit above the fridge. I was in a standard room.

Pros:

Pools and grounds and staff.Location superb.
Breakfeast very good.

Cons:

Gym was very poor, need new equipment needed as this is a important part of peoples lives.
Also difficult to get seat at pools.Peopls should not be allowed to put towels on seats in early morning.
Should be a 20 minute rule, if your not there pool guy takes towell off seat.
