Staff are amazing!
Pros:

Location is excellent. Facilities are clean. Beds comfy. Staff are amazing!

Cons:

Not enough sun lounges. Guests reserve them all with their towels first thing in the morning, then go out for the day, leaving the beds reserved until they return. Slightly frustrating.

The staff is very courteous

Cons:

The rooms are very dated and bathrooms of very low standard. The bath mat was almost black… stained badly. The drain covers were rusted and I had a cockroach in the tub.

Love this resort so much beautiful staff , location and faculties

Cons:

Bathrooms need to be renovated whilst clean really need an upgrade but if you’re not phased with a 90s bathroom the it is still clean enough

Pros:

We enjoyed the hotels outdoors, very lovely nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Cons:

The bathroom constantly smelt like sewerage and the hot water system didn't work well for our room. If the bathrooms had an update the stay would have been overall better.

The apartment buildings are also very outdated, getting a regular room is the better option
