During a workshop
Pros:

I like the breakfast and the location is perfect near the station.

Cons:

The underground noises in my room didn't have a small wardrobe or shelves to put my clothes there. In future if I choose this hotel I choose another room with a window.

Good location for a short stay
Pros:

The location was great, near a tube stop and in exactly the right part of london for me as I was visiting morefields eye hospital. The room had everything you need inc coffee/tea, good size TV, comfy pillows.

Cons:

Some of the of finishing touches could have been better. The shower door didnt keep all the water out and the bathroom floor got quite wet. The bed was quite hard but thats a matter of preference anyway. I thought the breakfast was expensive for what it was (continental).

Pleasant stay in a good hotel
Pros:

Pros:

Hôtel vraiment bien situé pour une visite de Londres ! Les chambres sont assez petites mais suffisantes si vous cherchez juste un endroit pour vous reposer. Un grand merci à l'équipe qui a été très accueillante et sympathique.

Doesn’t matter how clean it was , what good price , or good location. If you are kept awake by the staff it’s terrible
Pros:

Clean , good location

Cons:

My room was next to the fire exit and the staff used it through the night from 3am - 5am moving cages and slamming the door which let me awake. It was horrible. I mentioned it to the staff in the morning when checking out and they admitted it was them but didn’t seem bothered at all. I did not sleep a wink.

Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful! Great location and good price

Could have been cleaner - there were very visible hand prints all over the tele and dirty marks all around the bathroom
