Pros:

Welcoming staff and great location

Cons:

The only lift was broken so we switched from the third floor to the first. The stairwells were not very clean and our room was stuffy with ineffective air conditioning and no ability to open a window.

Perfect location
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect,near the tube station,many shops and cafes around just 13min walk from Shoreditch.

Cons:

No parking zones, no windows in the room,AC was barely working.

Stop putting guests into rooms with broken Air Con.
Pros:

Staff are nice, hotel is clean and location is great.

Cons:

For the second time using the hotel, I got a room with broken Air Con, this was during a heatwave in London. There were no other rooms available but I was moved into a room with no issues on the second night of my stay.

Great, convenient location, ideal for solo travelling
Pros:

Great location, rooms set out well - especially for a solo traveller. Complimentary cheese and wine in the bar for guests on the afternoon I arrived! Staff were great - especially Maria - who was particularly helpful.
