Location was good and value for money was great

Basic hotel, friendly and within walking distance of tube.
The location is very convenient if you need to be in Old St
Windows don’t open so it gets very stuffy, even with a window room.
The rooms are very small, I couldn’t even open my luggage properly.
The carpets in the corridors were very dirty and full of stains, makes me feel the place is not clean at all.
The outside window in the room was also very dirty
The location was perfect it was close to the underground and it was easy to get to places. The workers were friendly, social and happy they gave me a warm welcome and that welcoming vibe continued throughout my stay. The room was clean and the wifi great.
The bed gave me backache the matress was hard and not comfortable. It creaked alot and kept being that way. For the price that I payed I had hoped for a better bed for my nightrest,
Noisey. Aircon wasn’t great
We paid extra for a room with a window, but this turned out to be pretty pointless as the window cannot be opened. We knew the room was advertised as small, but in reality it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, even smaller than rooms in Japan, which are famously short on space.
There was barely enough room to move around, and you couldn't even open a cabin-size suitcase properly. The AC was extremely noisy and inefficient, but without it the room quickly became hot and stuffy. Despite how warm the room was, only a winter-weight duvet was provided.
The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by just some glass panels, with virtually no insulation between the two spaces. It essentially feels like everything is in one small room.
Overall, we found the room very uncomfortable and unfortunately wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Staff were lovely and accommodating. There was an issue with my air con and they kindly let me switch rooms and fixed the issue straight away. Room was CLEAN. Honestly, I'd probably suggest people to stay at one of these hotels over similar options i.e your premier inn or travelodges.
Nothing.
L'emplacement, et la qualité du ménage
La salle de bain full transparente, même s'il y a des vitres semi opaques on voit tout...
Location
Air conditioning was very noisy
It was quiet , comfortable and clean!
Room sizes
breakfast was basic but ok; staff was cordial at check in but barely looked at me at check out or even asked if I had enjoyed my stay
I arrived on one of the hottest days in London and the lift wasn't working, the air con was minimal in a room with no windows (in other countries it is illegal to rent a room with no windows..), the key of the first room did no work and I had to wait for the staff to first make a few attempts and then give me another room. I stayed two night and no one came to do the cleaning of the room in those 2 days.
