La prise en charge dans le "Sister hotel" suite à problème qu'ils ont eu au Mabledon même. Nous étions finalement au Cavendish Hotel, Gower Street.

La disponibilité du personnel. Et sa bienveillance.

L'emplacement : Gower Street. 3 stations de métro disponibles pour circuler à Londres : Euston Square, Warren Street, et Googe Street. La proximité avec Oxford Street, Tottenham, Charring Cross.

Cons:

Rien qui ne soit du fait de l'hôtel.

Un groupe arrivé tard au soir et un peu bruyant.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, yes it is basic as fits the price but the staff are outstanding so friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and forgot to book a downstairs room for my 2 night stay. The staff very kindly moved us to a downstsirs room for our second night once it was free. Hotel price includes a breakfast which again is basic but perfectly adequate. Great location close to Kings Cross station/underground and bus stops where you can catch buses to Oxford Street.

Cons:

The breakfast room is in the basement which does make it a little dark.

Pros:

Premetto che siamo stati all’hotel gemello (Cavendish) a causa di un incendio. È andato tutto benissimo, posizione ottima vicino alla metro e comoda per andare in aeroporto, quartiere molto bello e si arriva a piedi anche verso Covent Garden. Colazione buffet varia e abbondante. Camera grande e con tutto il necessario, anche bollitore thè e biscotti. Personale gentile e subito disponibile per comunicazioni. Palazzo bello anche all’esterno.

You get what you pay for, great location and price but very basic. If you put all day it's fine.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the station and the noise levels were low. Staff were lovely and the price was good.

Cons:

The room was tiny.
The outlook of the window in the breakfast room wasn't nice, paint tubs, ladders and broken glass was the view.
You can see the kitchen whilst you are getting your breakfast and the limescale was awful.
No where to go in the hotel apart from your room.
