I have stayed in this hotel many times, yes it is basic as fits the price but the staff are outstanding so friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and forgot to book a downstairs room for my 2 night stay. The staff very kindly moved us to a downstsirs room for our second night once it was free. Hotel price includes a breakfast which again is basic but perfectly adequate. Great location close to Kings Cross station/underground and bus stops where you can catch buses to Oxford Street.

Cons:

The breakfast room is in the basement which does make it a little dark.

Pros:

Premetto che siamo stati all’hotel gemello (Cavendish) a causa di un incendio. È andato tutto benissimo, posizione ottima vicino alla metro e comoda per andare in aeroporto, quartiere molto bello e si arriva a piedi anche verso Covent Garden. Colazione buffet varia e abbondante. Camera grande e con tutto il necessario, anche bollitore thè e biscotti. Personale gentile e subito disponibile per comunicazioni. Palazzo bello anche all’esterno.

You get what you pay for, great location and price but very basic. If you put all day it's fine.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the station and the noise levels were low. Staff were lovely and the price was good.

Cons:

The room was tiny.
The outlook of the window in the breakfast room wasn't nice, paint tubs, ladders and broken glass was the view.
You can see the kitchen whilst you are getting your breakfast and the limescale was awful.
No where to go in the hotel apart from your room.

Ideal as I had a family member in UCH and near Kings Cross for my return home

Good location.
Breakfast fine
A bit chaotic with all the building materials stacked around

Cons:

Felt it was rather pricey considering the general chaos of building going on. The rooms completed were fine but it was over30c and difficult to keep cool in tiny room even with fan.

un hotel qui sera correct après chantier

Nous sommes arrivées dans un hotel en plein travaux ! Bien sur non mentionné sur le site ou Booking! Pas de climatisation, pas d'assenceur. Impossible de travailler depuis la chambre à cause du bruit du chantier et de la chaleur excessive.
Les communs sont en pleine rénovation, ne vous étonnez pas si vous devez passer sous l'escabeau des ouvriers entrain de replacer une lumière! N'hésitez pas non plus à escalader les sacs de ciment !
La salle de petit déjeuner en sous sol se passe de commentaire.
