Nice Overall, With a Couple Exceptions
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean for the most part.

Cons:

The coffee machine had algae growing in the water tank, the AC didn't really work well and some of the trim in the bathroom had water damage.

Зручне місцерозташування, близько до фортеці, пішохідної вул. Л. Українки, з різноманітними закладами. Поруч є пару маленьких продуктових маркетів. Комфортні, сучасні номери, смачні сніданки на вибір на відкритій терасі на останньому поверсі з якої відкривається гарний вид на місто. Ідеальне співвідношення ціни та якості.

Cons:

Рушники потребують відбілювання або заміни на нові. Коли на терасі на даху проходять вечірки, дуже гучно в номері.

Гарний номер і сніданок, але надто шумно для комфортного відпочинку.

Симпатичний номер, були всі необхідні речі в номері. Смачний сніданок з шикарним видом на даху.

Cons:

Було дуже шумно. Дуже тонкі стіни і погана шумоізоляція, чути що говорять сусіди, шум з коридору і вулиці. Навіть беруші не допомогли(

Pros:

Ми дуже багато подорожуємо та зупинялися в багатьох п’ятизіркових готелях, але луцький готель без перебільшення входить до нашої трійки найкращих. Особливо хочеться відзначити сніданки та ресторан загалом — все було на найвищому рівні. Україна справді має один із найкращих сервісів, з якими нам доводилося стикатися.

Стильный интерьер, есть все необходимое в номере, хороший ресторан, замечательные завтраки.

Cons:

В нашем номере всю ночь был шум, как будто в соседней комнате находилась прачечная. В берушах спать не совсем комфортно.
