Excellent location for the O2 arena with friendly staff
Great location for anyone going to the O2. Easy bus route to venue.
Ita a hotel above a pub, it’s what you’d expect. Cheap, no thrills.
The lady who checked us in was friendly and was able to get us into the room early.
This isn’t a negative on the hotel, the description does advise there is no lift.
If you have any mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep and there’s a lot!

We booked last minute due to being let down by the air b n b property we had booked having no electricity. The lady on reception was very understanding and caring as I was incredibly stressed. Very friendly staff. The room was spotless, beds very comfortable and the shower was piping hot. There’s a bar on the ground floor that was very welcoming and served a range of drinks. Great bus route to and from the O2 arena and Greenwich North station. There’s a convenience store across the road and there’s an amazing pizza restaurant about 5 minutes away which is definitely worth a visit!! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
The only drawback was there was a lot of stairs up to our room as we were on the top floor. A great way to get a bit of exercise in!! The view from our window was worth it though. We could see the Shard, the buildings in the financial district (amazing at night when lit up) and the cable cars in the distance.
Easy to get to by car. Plenty of nearby, very cheap parking. Very warm welcome, great check-in and shown to room. Hotel rooms are above a really nice old fashioned type English pub which was so friendly. Room very clean. Lots of information given. WIFI excellent. Tea and Coffee facilities in room & large TV. Daytime snacks in pub. No breakfast but GMT Cafe is just a 3 minute walk down the road which served excellent selection of breakfasts, so not a problem. Only 5 minutes from the Train station and just over a mile (20 minute walk) to the O2, Loads of buses. Not posh....but very comfortable at a reasonable rate, will definitely return

I liked how the hotel was very close to the o2 walking distance.
There was a toilet beside my bedroom and who ever was using it kept banging the door after themselves.
