外出時にロックされていない事がある。
外出時、ルームクリーニングの札をかけていても、部屋が清掃されなかった。
帰った時にスタッフに伝え清掃した。
It was near the purpose of our stay. There’s ample parking and a 7Eleven a few steps away. We had breakfast in the hotel resto and the food was tasty.
Our bathroom was not cleaned for our stay: the shower alcove was dusty, there was a soap bar ring left on the sink counter, and there were unidentifiable dark particles on the floor. No toilet paper roll provided. Staff cleaned the bathroom upon our request; we were promised toilet paper but it never came.
No hot water in the shower. To cold to bathe. We booked it with the advertisement showing a place with swimming pool. It was dirty and closed
Hot water and open pool as advertisement. 3 hours drive for a closed pool . upset 6 year old

It conveniently located, accessible and check in/check put process was fast. Secured and exclusive parking was available.
It was newly refurbished but looks like some parts were missed out such as towel rail was loose. TV was connected to wifi but cannot play YouTube or apps as the wifi connection seems for messaging apps only.

lack of electricity at certain hours (unavoidable) but the hotel did have a back up plan. Hotel staff could have cleaned the room at least once and replenish items as we were there for 10 days
All staff so good and i love their smile when they greet their guest , and they work hard🥰 hope next time they have a small fridge in the room😊 godbless you all.
Just the location. We book the superior room but once we at the hotel, they said it’s not available. Why you confirm my reservation if that room wasn’t available. Plus check all the rooms plumbing to make sure they’re all working alongside with your air conditioning in each room. Poor quality with the amount of money we paid. Plus you dont accept credit cards and you dont give receipts. You’re hiding all your income to the BIR, claiming that you’re not making any income. What a big dishonest to the revenue of the country. This hotel isn’t recommended for foreigners and tourists.

The room we booked (double bed) was not available. We were given another room with twin beds instead.

they only gave 1 towel for 2 person. no bottle water if you book thru online. no hanger in the cabinet. aircon not working properly
