Desconcertante
Pros:

Cercanía a la estación de buses, ubicación.

Cons:

Indican que la recepción es 24h, pero llegamos de madrugada (4am), entramos al hotel y el recepcionista estaba durmiendo en el sofá. Le preguntamos si trabajaba allí, se despertó, nos miró y se volvió a dormir. Después de varios minutos intentando averiguar cómo contactar con alguien del hotel, picamos a la puerta (por probar), se despertó diciendo que no hiciésemos ruido y nos acabó atendiendo. En principio solo queríamos dejar nuestras maletas ya que teníamos el checkin más tarde ese mismo día (incluso habíamos escrito con antelación al hotel para informar de la hora de llegada y que dejaríamos el equipaje), pero en vez de guardar nuestras maletas nos dio directamente las llaves de la habitación. Al volver más tarde ese mismo día, al entrar al hotel, el chico que nos atendió de madrugada junto con otro recepcionista, nos indicaron que debíamos pagar un suplemento de 25k IDR/hora por cada hora extra de checkin anticipado. Les dijimos que no lo pagaríamos pues solamente habíamos solicitado dejar las maletas, no la habitación, y no nos habían llegado a informar de ningún suplemento (el primer chico realmente ni habló, solo señas y nos entregó la llave). No entendían el inglés y tuvimos que acabar comunicándonos con un traductor.

Very good price to stay and the staff are super accommodating

The location and size of some of the rooms!

Cons:

Needs a deep clean. From cob webs on ceiling wall, and the room I stayed in had a lot of mould on the walls where the bathroom is

Best affordable stay in Yogya
Pros:

The room is massive and the bed is comfy. It’s literally a room inside a mansion. The staff are nice and helpful even if some don’t speak in english. They allowed us to do early check-in for a fair price.

Cons:

The area behind the cupboards and the TV needs cleaning- full of cobwebs and trash from previous guests
