ok hotel but has some issues with cleaning and heating
Pros:

my second stay at this hotel
+ friendly staff
+ breakfast was better (more varied, better quality) then when I visited last time
+ underground garage

Cons:

- in the first room I got the bed pillow was dirty and had hair on it. I talked to staff at reception and they gave me a new room. The second room was clean, but quite cold and the heating didn't work very well
- price of underground garage and breakfast are too high

Pros:

super schön geschnittene Suite mit großem Bereich für Kaffeezubereitung/Lagermöglichkeiten; schöner funktionaler Schreibtisch, tolles Bett (1 sehr große feine Matratze), Badewanne UND Dusche, eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Frau Paul und weitere Kolleginnen. Ich als Frostfrau habe sogar einen ultraleisen Heizlüfter und eine weitere Decke zusätzlich erhalten. Kaffeemaschine NESPRESSO fein!

Cons:

das sind nur Randbemerkungen: ein besserer Fön wäre wunderbar sowie ein Wasserkocher für Tee.

Grimms - kein Märchen - sondern echt gut!
Pros:

Zum Messebesuch (Fruitlogistica)gebucht.
Bei Anreise ein größeres Zimmer als gebucht erhalten - Topp!
Großzügig, großes und schönes Bett, wunderbar geschlafen!
Kapselmaschine für Kaffe im Zimmer!
Frühstück: lässt keine Wünsche offen!
Abendessen haben wir nicht probiert.
Sauna - zwar nicht kostenlos, aber sehr schön!
Tiefgarage mit Ladestaion für unser EV - topp!
Nähe zu S-Bahn war gut - wenngleich Bahnfahren ein Drama war!

Sind sehr begeistert
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Ausstattung der Zimmer.
Sehr gepflegtes Haus.
Die Speisen im Restaurant sind extrem gut. (Wir waren an diesem Abend zu einem Geburtstag mit Büffet)
Das Frühstücksbüffet war überaus reichhaltig. Hätte ich so nur in einem 4*Hotel erwartet.
Tiefgarage und die Parkplätze sind ungewöhnlich großzügig dimensioniert.

Eigentlich ein schönes modernes Haus/Zimmer mit viel Potential.

Cons:

Zimmer beim eintreffen eiskalt. Bekommt man auch nicht warm. Das Fittnessräumchen ein liebloser Keller mit ein paar wenigen Geräten. Da sieht man kein Intresse des Hauses.
Frühstück war OK auch wenn einige Mitarbeiter kaum bereit für ein guten Morgen oder ein Lächeln waren. Wie jetzt so oft Parken 15€.
