Old place. Old bed. Old room. The bathroom is not clean. The bedsheet is not clean. Tv and phone not working. The chef is not available. The window in the barthroom is open.

Location, proximity to services and price point is affordable. Facility repairs nonetheless urgent.
Pros:

1. Proximity to SM Center Muntinlupa, multiple fastfood branches and availability of Mercury Drug + convenience store makes the place geographically strategic and comfortable for short and long stays.
2. Quality of available food inside hotel is also very satisfactory considering prices.

Cons:

I genuinely believe the hotel requires significant upgrades and repairs.
1. Certain rooms lose water due to pressure issues: I was forced to transfer to a room on a higher floor that, while has running water, has faulty faucets and showers.
2. Wall paint is peeling in some rooms; this could really be fixed with regular maintenance. Original room was actually better, but this was the room without water.
3. Certain floors have blinking/malfunctioning lights. Not really a personal issue, but can be unsettling to other guests.
4. Certain staircases are left neglected/dark or turned into storage areas: it detracts from the clearly-still good quality of the stairs.
5. Absence of elevator for a four-storey building is not recommended for people with weight or mobility issues. Staff is willing to carry luggage, which is appreciated, but this really needs addressing.

Overall, it's okay as it was an urgent booking.
Pros:

The location is nice, accessible knowing it is easy to be found because near the SM Muntinlupa.

Cons:

No access for lifts and my Mum has got cane so I let her stay with a friend.
I booked 4 rooms.
-2 rooms does not have good lighting (only half of the room has got light bulb)
- Mattresses are old (one room has got indent in the middle of the mattress)
- Bathroom is dirty (saw pubic-hair-like hair in the sink, toilet bowl and tiles are dirty. The soap suds and stains are so prominent in the toilet and tiles.)

Beds dont have under liner underneath the thin linen. Restroom isway too dirty. And TV doesn't work when the time we arrived they just fixed it after 3rd attempts of communicating with the staff which the only thing they do is change the remote control. And the photo indicated on the site is completely different from the photo that they posted.. Not recon at all

Good for 1 night. Low price means low expectations
Pros:

The first room was not looking good but the staff moved me to a room that was better. AC worked extremely well. Look, you get what you pay for, and there's a reason it's not expensive, but it's good for 1 night.

Cons:

The shower was more like a drizzle, with very little pressure and water. Also, there was no hot water. The sound of road traffic is also quite loud, but it is right next to the road, so it's to be expected, but it's loud.
