The location is nice, accessible knowing it is easy to be found because near the SM Muntinlupa.
No access for lifts and my Mum has got cane so I let her stay with a friend.
I booked 4 rooms.
-2 rooms does not have good lighting (only half of the room has got light bulb)
- Mattresses are old (one room has got indent in the middle of the mattress)
- Bathroom is dirty (saw pubic-hair-like hair in the sink, toilet bowl and tiles are dirty. The soap suds and stains are so prominent in the toilet and tiles.)

Beds dont have under liner underneath the thin linen. Restroom isway too dirty. And TV doesn't work when the time we arrived they just fixed it after 3rd attempts of communicating with the staff which the only thing they do is change the remote control. And the photo indicated on the site is completely different from the photo that they posted.. Not recon at all

The first room was not looking good but the staff moved me to a room that was better. AC worked extremely well. Look, you get what you pay for, and there's a reason it's not expensive, but it's good for 1 night.
The shower was more like a drizzle, with very little pressure and water. Also, there was no hot water. The sound of road traffic is also quite loud, but it is right next to the road, so it's to be expected, but it's loud.

Location. Can't complain with the location. Near a mall, fast food restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy, and public transport route. A/C is cold.
The room that was given to me did not seem to be cleaned properly. I had to wipe off thick liquid residues from the bed-side tables. The floor is sticky. The doormat doesn't seem to have been washed ages ago. The toilet wasn't even flushed, and the bathroom floor still have soap residue stains. I have to use my own bath towel, as the provided towel doesn't look tidy. Generally, the room doesn't feel and smell clean.
TV not working, no remote control, toilet bowl flush not working, shower and faucet turn on at the same time as the knob is faulty. The room doesn't smell clean, the halls on 2nd and 3rd floor smell of cigarettes as the staff smoke out the fire exits.
I stayed there for 3 nights and, I have to reactivate my key card at the front desk every day past 11am.
To their defense, they are not really a hotel for long term stays ;) I had to sort out few things nearby and I just have no choice around the area, so I booked here.
