Locația foarte bună, micul dejun foarte bun, personal amabil, totul a fost ok.
I liked the fact that the staff was very polite.
I didn’t like the fact that the cleaning started promptly at 07:30 and the breakfast needs a little bit more work for a 4 star hotel.
The bed and the pillows are a disaster, worst sleep of my trip.

A fost o problemă cu apa, seara, s-a oprit de tot (atât apa rece, cât și apa caldă). Înțeleg că pot exista situații de genul acesta, poate chiar pe o zonă mai mare. S-a remediat problema, dar la început a fost doar apă fierbinte și a fost mai complicat cu dușul.
Având în vedere că este un hotel de 4 stele, central, ar fi trebuit să aibă o soluție alternativă.

The hotel s manager is fantastic! I expressed my dissapointment for the vegan options (though I didn t specify before coming that I m vegan) and she made sure afterwards that I had a great vegan breakfast(big portions, varied and tasty) and even served me! I felt like a VIP!
Everything was clean and the cleaning stuff was very helpful and friendly
The location is great if you like to be close to everything (clubs, stores, the beach).
The view of the sea is great and you walk like 1 minute until you reach the beach which is beautiful and well organised.
You can t sleep with the window open as you hear the music blasting from the clubs. Partialy my fault as I wanted a room with a sea view and saw the comments before but still booked it.
