Rusine hotel Ges!
Pros:

Curatenia si mancarea!

Cons:

Tot personalul dezastru,incepand de la managera pana la receptionera!concediul a fost all inclusive,dar cand am ajuns la destinatie ni sa spus ca avem un bon de consum!care acest lucru nu este evidentiant nicaieri!sa nu mai spun ca pe acel bon mai aveam credit si ni l au inchis pe 0 neputand folosii acei bani pe motiv ca check outul este la 12 si noi am mancat la 12 20!recomand sa evitati acest hotel in Mamaia!postez si fotografiile cu bonurile

O experiență bună ce ține de cazare și mâncarea la restaurant.
Pros:

Personalul amabil atât la recepție cat și la restaurant,la fel și personalul pentru curățenie.
Camere frumoase.

Cons:

Ținând cont ca au plajă privată dar cu marea foarte murdară și plajă cu pietriș și scoici care te taie la picioare nu consider potrivit să plătim intrarea.
Experiența la hotel a fost bună,dar faptul ca venim în Constanța la Hotel Ges pentru mare și marea/plaja e oribilă consider potrivit ca plaja privată să fie inclusă în prețul camerei,sau cu plată în cazul în care o îngrijiți dar nu se întâmplă asta în cazul de față.La fel nu ar strica un pic de curățenie și prin parcare.

Good location but they need to change the damn safe. It has been loke this for years
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

They have a tiny safe which cannot even fit a small purse. It is ridiculous in this day and age. Then they advertise an artizan icecream which they don’t have. My friend’s room had a bad smell that they did not get rid from. They do not have a coffee maker in the room. You cannot even boil water for tea

Pros:

Hotelul are o locație foarte bună, camerele sunt foarte curate și spațioase, saltele foarte comode, iar micul dejun este foarte bogat și gustos. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și săritor.

Pros:

Revenim la acest hotel pentru a patra oară si din păcate de data aceasta am plecat cu un gust amar. În cameră este aproape tot timpul un miros de canal, la micul dejun se termină laptele iar pâinea feliată lipsește dacă ajungi spre ora 10, la restaurantul terasă de la etajul 5 - pe care ți-l recomanda prin reclame puse în lift - deși există un meniu foarte ofertant, când faci comandă te anunță ca nu există un anumit produs pe care îl doreai, iar după ce faci comanda revin și te anunță ca produsul pe care l-ai comandat nu îl mai au. Pentru un hotel de 4 stele nu este ok.
De asemenea proximitatea clubului Princess este un lucru foarte deranjant, în fiecare noapte au avut concerte de manele și chiar și cu ușa închisă se aude foarte tare, deși patul este foarte comod nu m-am putut odihni deloc. Camera este foarte ok, ca și celelalte, am stat în diverse camere aici, curățenia este super ok, păcat ca aceste lucruri menționate anterior strică confortul camerelor. Din păcate nu vom mai reveni aici.

Hotelul este pozitionat langa terase, magazine, farmacie si tot ce este necesar, extrem de curat si camere spatioase , vedere la mare si personal receptiv, mic dejun foarte bun! Recomand cu drag!

A hotel of elegance, styled with refinement and meticulous attention to detail. Breakfast, a positive culinary experience, delights the guests' and transforms every morning into a nice moment.

Cons:

A lovely property with some supportive team members! To truly match its rating, the hotel would benefit from a more consistently positive staff attitude, consistency in food portions and quality (for breakfast), and better transparency regarding mini-bar pricing upon arrival. Thank you for the positive moments during our visit

Good hotel, superb seaview
Pros:

The view from our apartment on the third floor was gorgeous. The apartment was spacious and so was the well-equipped bathroom.
Very nice furniture, looking all new and modern. Something very interesting about this hotel is that there are bookshelves with books everywhere. Congrats to whoever had the idea, it is amazing!
Overall, a good hotel, but Mamaia is in shambles. It is a living proof of decay and degradation. What a pity.

Cons:

The sliding door separating the living room from the bedroom wasn't sliding at all. We called the reception, and someone came to fix it.
We also needed to work, but the WiFi was terrible. Zero. Nada. So don't count on it.
We've had better breakfasts in other four-star hotels.
