Could provide more ambities
Pros:

The staff ok. But most Filipinos good

Cons:

No fridge - or ice cubes
No heater - hot water available only at reception. Should be evey floor

DKAMI NATULOY NAGBAYAD online at Humingi nkiusap nag email ng Nagmakaawa ibalik kasi pampagamot ko nalang .KASO D KAMI NIREFUND SABI SA BOOKING .COM.KASO DKAMI NIREFUND DKAMI NAtuloy sa Pagchrck kasi Wlaang wheelchair.Nkkatakot.at walang quadriple daw na bakante at triple ibbgay nila at 4rth floor daw eh may 87 yrs old kaming kasama bagong opera. Spooky there’s so much cockroach and the alley is really not safe there is so many drunk people around

I met a little friend inside the toilet and on my bed. Not a well-lit hallway, and someone tried to access my room, but when I called the lounge, no one answered.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and nice there was an cafe so good to have. Malapit lang sa LRT if you're tourist and isang sakayan papuntang moa. Many store was in the place and konting lakad nasa baclaran kana. Very nice 👍

Just fair enough but location is poor.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous. Yes, there was Wi-fi, but I was disappointed with its location. For me, the location was very risky, considering that I checked out at 3:30 A.M. to catch for my flight. The Grab Taxi cannot go inside because it was fenced and the neighborhood was scary.

I like my bed.

Pros:

Spacious and clean room, suitable for those who need to spend a night in Manila, a short drive from the central mall and the airport

Cons:

The area is not very pleasant and as a girl walking around alone I felt unsafe so I tried to get around in taxis. The shower is minimal and the sink is outside the bathroom.
