Schönes Hotelzimmer
Pros:

Die Damen der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist in guter Lage und macht einen super Eindruck. Der Vogelpark war fußläufig zu erreichen, er ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und toll ausgestattet. Herzlichen Dank!

Pros:

Top Lage und wunderschöne große Zimmer mit hohen Decken.
Bett ist sehr bequem.
Bad sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Personal lässt Gäste eigenen Stress anmerken, mangelnde Kommunikation mit den Gästen.
Frühstück nachgebucht, obwohl nur noch 15min Zeit übrig war. Nunja, die Bemerkungen des Servicepersonals und die Aufforderung sich beim Essen zu beeilen, ohne Worte.
Hier wurde sehr streng auf den pünktlichen Dienstschluss geachtet, jedoch litt darunter der erwartete Service für den Preis des Frühstücks..

Vielleicht war es nur eine 'Zweitagsfliege' und beim nächsten Besuch ist das kein Thema mehr.

Bin selbst auch Dienstleister, deshalb hat es mich empfindlich gestört. Für den Kunden ist das drumherum irrelevant.
