We had a very lovely stay with Sumi+Mal. They are incredibly friendly and the location and rooms are very nice. Every morning we got a different delicious breakfast and the beaches are very beautiful and the area very nice to explore. 🌞

Quelle superbe surprise de séjourner chez Sumi ! Sa famille nous a accueilli comme sa propre famille, c’est d’ailleurs l’impression qu’on a eu en partant. Nous avons passé une seule nuit mais aurions aimé rester plus. La chambre et les repas était super. Vous êtes à proximité de la plage de Polhena. Et n’hésitez pas à demander des conseils locaux à Sumi et sa famille 🫶 Je recommande, n’hésitez pas. Vous ne serez pas déçu du voyage.

The place was clean and well-maintained. It was peaceful and undisturbed throughout my stay, which made it even more relaxing. The owner was kind, responsive, and clearly cares about providing a great experience.

Nice, spacious and clean room with very nice hosts

We had a wonderful stay with Summi and Mal. The house is very large and very beautiful. The room is very pleasant and above all there is a magnificent terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners. The food prepared by Mal is very good and very plentiful. We were welcomed by a very warm family and it was very pleasant to chat in the evening with Sara, Chathmi and Mal. In short, you understand, we highly recommend this address. I forgot to say that the family rented us a scooter during our stay for an extremely reasonable price. We were able to explore the entire region. Early in the morning we went swimming with the turtles. It's a wonderful memory. In short, you can go there without hesitation.

It’s possible to get AC/room for 2000Rs per night. Around the house is very green, so relaxing.

We were guests at Sumi and Mal’s home and we enjoyed it. They offer delicious breakfast, dinner and tea. I liked the garden with birds right in front of the balcony. Check out the craftwork Sumi makes herself. Location is great - close to the beach, close to a pharmacy, shop and some restaurants.

The family who own the place are really nice and they make you feel very comfortable

Sumi and Mal are amazing hosts and made us feel like home since the first moment we arrived. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but ended up staying over 2 weeks. Breakfast and dinners Sumi and Mal cooked were super delicious and we got to eat dinners also with their friends and family. I am glad we found a Sri Lankan family from Polhena.

Room was spotless and was also cleaned during our stay. Location was excellent, close to main road and Polhena / Madiha beaches.
