我写这封信是为了表达我对我们最近入住体验的担忧。

我们最初预订的是5人房间（4位成人和1位80岁的老人）。我们被告知已免费升级至豪华大床套房（复式）。然而，房间的布局并不适合我们一行人。

房间里只有4张像样的床，第五张床只是一张薄薄的床垫。此外，卫生间位于二楼，这对一位80岁的老人来说非常不方便，甚至可能存在安全隐患。

幸运的是，这位老人最终没有和我们一起旅行。否则，房间的布局和楼梯可能会造成非常危险的环境。

后来，酒店工作人员告知我们，原房间的空调出了故障，因此更换了房间。然而，酒店事先并未通知我们这一变更。

我们强烈建议酒店在更换房型前提前通知客人，尤其是有老年客人入住时。妥善的沟通和合理的房间安排对客人的安全和舒适至关重要。

我们希望管理层能够认真对待这一反馈，并改进未来的服务

Pros:

Location is great as it's a walking distance to jonker street and other tourist attractions, room was spacious with high ceilings, toilets are clean with nice showerhead

Cons:

The windows as it have 1 but it's frosted and sealed so it can't be open to let natural air in and out

The hotel room is awesome. It is very clean, new and modern. All things are working well in the room. We enjoyed the pantry as well. It’s really very nice. We can have tea and having packed food there. We like the hotel provides drinking water too.

Cons:

All is good, nothing to complaint at all.
