Clean and comfortable, but let down by location, breakfast quality, and unclear extra charges.
Pros:

The property was very clean. The room was spacious and they provided toiletries. The shower was also very good, with very hot water and a waterfall shower and a separate high pressure shower head. Maria in the breakfast room was very kind and made our coffees to order.

Cons:

The property is not far from the seafront and bus stops; however, the street itself is very busy with traffic and has no sidewalk or pavement. This made walking to and from the property each day uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe.
I was also surprised by a city/tourist tax that was not mentioned in advance and was not included in the booking price. This was only raised at check‑out, resulting in an unexpected additional charge.

Security was another concern. The rooms use a PIN code rather than keycards, and the PIN appeared to be the same for both the room and the main entrance. I did not feel this was very secure, particularly if the same code is used across multiple rooms and not changed regularly. It should be noted that once you go through the main entrance, it could be shared with other rooms that are not part of the hotel. On the first floor there is another door/gate that requires a pin to access the corridor with the rooms.

There were plenty of towels, toiletries, hair dryer and small ironing board. However, when I asked the man at reception if they provide bath robes he said "no there are towels in the room". I am not sure if he was being sarcastic. Additionally, there was a clear (see-through) table in the bathroom where the towels are placed. I kicked this a few times until I caused bruising and pain to my toe. I finally moved the table outside as it was an issue.

It should be noted that this is not a typical hotel with 24/7 staff. Check‑in is limited to a specific time window (3pm–7pm), and an extra charge applies if you arrive outside these hours. However, the amount of this charge is not clearly stated in the booking terms or in the pre‑arrival email.

Finally, I felt the overall rating of 9+ was not accurate. The breakfast, in particular, was quite limited. While items were refilled, the quantities and selection were small.

Accueil sympathique, chambre spacieuse et aménagée avec goût, petit déjeuner excellent. Situé sur les hauteurs de Minori, idéal pour partir à pied vers Ravello ou Maiori via le sentiero dei Limoni. Une très bonne adresse!

Cons:

SVP couper le chauffage dans la salle de bain, c'est une question de confort pour nous (on dort bien mieux sans) et d'économie d'énergie pour vous :)

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The junior suite was very comfortable. Comfy beds, big space, excellent shower. It is also walking distance to the beach and to bus stops to get to other towns. Breakfast was also good. And Maria who prepares breakfast is a total gem. Love this place, totally recommend, will come back again

Muy recomendable
Pros:

La habitación es muy grande, está todo muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda. Nos esperaban al llegar para darnos instrucciones para los códigos, nos hicieron las gestiones para reservar el parquing, que está muy cerca del alojamiento.
El desayuno muy rico, con productos caseros y de calidad.
Todos muy amables, la persona que limpia, María que atiende en los desayunos y Antonio.
Si tengo que volver, repetiria seguro.
