Really enjoyed our stay, Tirana is a lovely place and being slightly outside of the main area you get to see a lot more.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and incredibly accommodating. The pool is really well taken care of, super clean in and around the pool area. Really is a massive benefit with the heat. So nice to have to cool off when needed, followed up by a nice pint of local beer. Hard beaten.

Cons:

Food at the pool is great, pizza’s and risotto were both lovely, very cheap. Albania moves at its own pace which can be a lot slower than most other places. Worth the wait tho.

A friendly, family run hotel in a residential part of Tirana well placed for walking or bus to city centre. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the pool was clean and well kept and most of the staff were very kind and helpful

Cons:

The only reason we can't give 10/10 is because of a problem the evening we arrived. The room we were shown was not the room on booking.com it was a standard yet we had booked a deluxe room. For one night it may not have mattered but it was not acceptable for a week. The only English-speaking member of staff there that night was very dismissive, unhelpful, rude and smelled of alcohol.

Eventually, when he could not fix the dead TV, the owner intervened and we were given a better room. From then on, everything was excellent, but it was a distressing start to our holiday.

Varierad frukost bl a med färsk frukt. Fin välskött pool. Trevlig tillmötesgående och hjälpsam personal. Fint med servering vid poolen. Välvillig inställning att försöka laga trasig toalettsits. Fräscha, rymliga rum med stora badrum och trevliga balkonger. Fint att vi fick rum intill varandra även om det inte var rätt kategori på rummet.

Cons:

Vi fick inte det rum vi bokat och heller ingen förklaring eller återkoppling mer än att det vi bokat var upptaget. Hissen fungerade inte i hotellet. Trots försök lyckades man inte laga toasitsen.
