Pros:

1.Whenever help was asked staff responded well.Even when I was requiring to accomodate an additional guest, necessary help was provided by the staff.
2.Professional behaviour of staff
3.Assistance was provided in shifting luggage,which I'm so grateful to them.

Cons:

1.Rooms are congested
2.I was staying in 01 room,then shifted to another room.At the first room on arrival,we were provided used bedsheets.In the second room bedsheets were clean.
3.It would have been good ,if it is intimated during check -in the facility of complimentary breakfast and if toiletries available or not.
4.When advance amt is paid online for confirmation of room, Please provide receipt to customers of advance.I was receiving repeated mails to pay advance for room confirmation although it was paid and finally I need to clarify them by sending mail if it was received or not.Again at the hotel it was not showing at their PC. I would request kindly look into this technical issue.

Parking issue, I have to wait for 30 minutes for removing my car in the morning due to shortage of parking place, also security and parking staff should be more active and younger, they are very lazy and Easy Go,

Horrible experience to stay at these hotel..Please avoid for 5 main reasons.. 1)Rooms are very small 2)Lots of mosquitoes in the room… 3) Outside food is strictly not allowed here. And in-house food facility is very costly and tasteless 4)Breakfast is not at all good.. and very less for a single person 5)Guy who was responsible for managing breakfast was very stubborn , he will straight forward deny if you demand your already booked food and unnecessarily argue with you… I will never ever visit this hotel in my life.. This is my worst experience in any hotel in my life.

An overall a very good property with your needs completed.
Pros:

I have booked this hotel for a short stay last month. The ambience was nice and calm. What I liked was the response from the front desk staff. He was polite and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The rooms were spacious. The room service was prompt. The bathroom was neat and clean and provided with toiletries. You can check with the hotel prior to booking. I had used book and pay later for booking this hotel. There is a restaurant in this property. The food was good. No issues. It's overall a good property.

Cheap shit better to stay for short terms.
Pros:

It was bit clean and early check inn if available.

Cons:

The room very very noise as the noise of neighbours exhaust fans didn’t let me sleep whole night. In middle of night someone was making scary noise feels like you are sleeping in a prison. I would not go back at any cost.
