Staff was ok, but not very helpful though

Cons:

TV not working well, price is too high given the location and size of rooms. Food menu is expensive compared to the quality and restaurant. Overall okayish

Cancelling for some reason is okay but you should arrange something atkeast
Pros:

Booking got cancelled on the day of checkin and I had to rearrange all the bookings which was so absurd. Too annoying.

Took money but don’t say that is only for locals, not answering, bad service

Ordered and paid before came. When arrived-the reception manager told that the hotel is only for Indian citizens (which is ok if it was written at the policy..but it’s not) my son needed to find other hotel, I’ve opened claim for refund but the hotel is not answering..
got the money while the saw that the guest is not Indian,
Poor service at the reception, manager is hanging up the phone.. also the hotel company (Fab) tried and no answer from them.. poor service..

As a guest from other country, the minimum is to write at the policy that the hotel is only for local people.
Booking-please take care of it, cause now it’s on your side

Nice stay, hospitality is top notch
Pros:

The reception guy is the most helpful receptionist I have ever seen. Clean tidy and sophisticated amenities. The hotel gives complementary 2L water bottles and food provided is absolutely delicious.

The location
No nearby market available
No lift in the facility
Corridors are literally 2 ft wide only makes it difficult for access and egress during emergency situations.
