When reached with the confirmation and payment receipt.. The hotel management says no booking and did not give us the room we booked.. Disappointed with the bookings.. Have asked the team to reimburse our payment.. The property was located 125kms from central Mumbai..
The owner is abusive. He uses slangs to address guests.
Even the oyo associate had witness the abusive conversation with me. And I guess I won't get my money back.

They are not taking the online booking and clearly said that we don't give rooms which comes from booking.com. we went to the hotel location but they refused to give room.
