Sehr gute Lage in Schwabing direkt am Englischen Garten.
U-Bahn in der Nähe.
Zu Fuß ca. 3,5 km durch den Englischen Garten in die Innenstadt.
Zimmer und Frühstück alles im grünen Bereich.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Pros:

Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den wunderbaren entspannten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hause. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte von diesem kleinen Paradies aus inmitten von Schwabing alle Dinge erledigen und gleichzeitig die Ruhe des prachtvollen Parks mit Blick auf das Schloss genießen. Das Zimmer, das Frühstück, die Atmosphäre: Alles nicht zu überbieten. Ich komme sicher wieder. Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüße, Christoph v.Lüninck

Eine preisgünstige, exzellent gelegene Unterkunft mit entsprechendem Komfort.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Auch konnte Kaffee als unentgeltliches Service gratis konsumiert werden (Clubraum). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum englischen Garten. Auch die Erreichbarkeit mit der U-Bahn ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Schlafkomfort: Die Polster sind ziemlich klein und daher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man das Zimmer nicht konsequent lüftet, wird es schnell stickig (trotz Ventilator).

Returning traveller so I must like it.
Pros:

Stayed here before. Location is excellent - near Englisher Garten botanical park and an easy walk from local underground station. Historic old house so plenty of atmosphere and set in beautiful grounds. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Just a note - that in old residence there is no lift and no fridge in rooms. But these are minor inconveniences for the great location and ambience.
