la chambre spacieuse, le personnel aimable et attentif, la situation au centre de la vieille ville, le bar

Cons:

la porte de la salle de bains coulissante, approximative, qui laisse pleins d'espace libre tout autour, je n'aime pas ce style qui manque d'intimité.
Nous aurions désiré une armoire fermée pour ranger nos affaires personnelles.
Une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre aurait été bienvenue.

Das Hotel liegt 80m vom Parkplatz entfernt.
Tolle Crew. Das Delux Zimmet Mega schön und gross. Top. Wir kommen wieder.
Und gleich nebenand das Restaurant Freiburger Falle. Ein Genuss!

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel um Herzen von Murten und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war gross, komfortable und sehr sauber. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war ein grosser Spiegel (für die Damenwelt sehr wichtig).Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Leider passierte beim Einchecken ein Missgeschick, mir wurde zu viel von der Karte belastet. Nach kurzer Rücksprache nach der Abreise bekam ich ein Entschuldigungsschreiben und zeitgleich dir Differenz zurück bezahlt. Top Service, ich empfehle das Hause gerne weiter.
Herzlichen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit ausgesprochen freundlichem und aufgestelltem Personal. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang mit Willkommensdrink. Gute Stimmung in der Bar. Grosszügiges Zimmer in modernem Design. Frühstück im Kornhaus.
