Pros:

Personalen var väldigt uppmärksam och hjälpsam. Alla gjorde sitt bästa för att gå till mötes. Hotellet ligger bra till för kommunikationer med bussar eller med guider. Samtidigt som det är lite lugnare och tyst där hotellet finns.
Särskilt tack till receptionstjejen Prithi (ursäkta om jag syavat fel) och vår städerska MahaLakskmi som varje dag gjorde jättefint.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced
Pros:

Top-notch amenities, marvelous views from the balcony (river, tea plantations), fantastic buffet breakfast with impressive variety of South Indian and western dishes that changed by the day, complimentary tea and snacks in the late afternoon by the river, excellent laundry service, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

We had heard about a free cooking class in the evening, but this never seemed to take place. Also, while she is very cheerful and charming, Mahalakshmi, who is in charge of room cleaning, became rather irritating by the end of our four-night stay, given her incessant requests that we review her by name (and, to that end, quizzing us on her name). A cute quirk at first, but it got old by the fourth and fifth time.

Good but could be cleaner.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the evening dinner was good. We really enjoyed the cookery demo as well

Cons:

There were long black hairs in the bed and the rooms could do with a thorough clean (including light switches). The breakfast was plentiful but not really to my taste. The incessant calls asking if we want a spa treatment was too much.

Pros:

The hotel staff were so helpful, attending to all our needs to include arranging show tickets and transportations. The restaurant was excellent. We ate there breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was tasty. The hotel location was perfect - close to the city and many restaurants.

Cons:

There few malfunctioning electrical outlets in the room and the door to the balcony blocked the room’s entrance door. These were minor problems. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, gemütliches Zimmer, Frühstück und Abendessen/Buffet waren ok.

Cons:

Der Ort Munnar selbst ist eine einzige Enttäuschung. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Ort und relativ ruhig.

Would love to stay in future
Pros:

Front office staff were highly co-operative and helpful. All facilities incuding location were good
I could not stay for more than one night though i have booked for three nights due to some compelling circumstances.
Its proximity to the main town is very close and I loved it.
