Pros:

The staff were lovely

Cons:

Absolutely over priced. No spoons or cups or even a bin. The room smells of rotten eggs, the bathroom was filthy, and the lino is peeling. Could not use the TV, as the internet kept cutting out. No extra pillows either. NO PARKING, except for the tavern car park... too hard after travelling all day to be lugging everything to Ur "room". Works are being done, so nowhere to sit outside and the work started at 6am.Never again!

Pros:

The housekeepers are nice

Cons:

The room with the toilet is disgusting and uncomfortable. The whole room smells of sewage. I specifically requested not to be allocated that room and continue to be put in there.

There was no additional bed linen and I slept cold most of the night with a/c on highest temp setting available.
Left at #:30 am as could not sleep so cold.

Terrible. Never going back
Pros:

Ok mattress

Cons:

Filthy room. Terrible food. I could touch the toilet while laying in bed and there was no sink to brush my teeth, just a tap that ran when you flushed the toilet. Hot water lasted 1min 30sec and smelt like raw sewage.
