Awful and will never return.
Pros:

Nothing. However the desk attendant was very helpful with our taxi and advice.

Cons:

The property was situated in the middle of a slum. We arrived at our room without windows, no decor, malfunctioning air conditioning and grimy bathroom. We have never been to a dirtier hotel in our lives. Avoid at all costs. We spent 10 minutes and left the hotel. We did not even ask for a refund. We had a lucky escape.

Not much really. Rooms were affordable.

Cons:

Phone was broken. No sound proofing noisy neighbours. Bathroom facilities broken. Tv didn’t work. Generally room was pretty bare.

Cons:

This hotel is a nice hotel but unfortunately its need a lot of upgrading. The tab water in the bathroom super slow flow, can't even wash hand properly. The shampoo and soap were broken, instead of change it or repair it, they put it seperate inside 1 bottle with pump. The chair inside the room almost broken. The tea cup for breakfast was so old and dirty, they still have gut to serve it to guest. The breakfast not so good, just super simple fried rice or noodles with 1 egg that's it. Everyday the same.
Overall, disappointed. Like I said, this hotel can be better.

Yes, I enjoyed the stay. Location is not the best though
