Cons:

Bathroom had damp/mouldy smell, was offered another room and was the same.
Online menu price was different to the venue one and they didn't really care when I brought it up.
Some items ran out during buffet breakfast, asked for it couple of times but was ignored.
Price was the highest one we paid in 2 weeks stay in South Island even higher than 5 star hotels, but hotel was very average.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Good variety and very fresh!

Cons:

Access to the lobby from our room was closed due to renovation, which made it difficult to access the front lobby without stairs….had to go outside each time.

neu renoviertes grosses Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Personal sehr freundlich. Essen (Buffet und a la carte) war sehr gut.

Cons:

wann muss wissen, dass das Hotel vin grossen asiatischen Gruppen gebucht wird. dadurch ist es beim Abendessen am Buffet eventuell sehr voll. allerdings legt das Personal immer nach und man hat ja die Option à la carte zu essen

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié servi dans une belle salle vue jardin.

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillotte. Vue sur le parking, j'aurai préféré la vue jardin. Je m'attendais à mieux au regard du prix et de cet établissement.
