Pros:

Cô chú chủ nhà rất thân thiện thoải mái nhé, phù hợp gia đình, khu vực KS cũng khá đầy đủ. Dưới là quán tạp hoá của cô, đầy đủ các loại ko sợ đói và thiếu mồi nhậu

Sạch sẽ ngăn nắp. Ko có mùi. Có tivi, máy sấy tóc, bình đun nước. Đồ để vệ sinh. Phòng khá rộng. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Có tạp hoá phía dưới của chủ nhà rất đầy đủ, cần gì có thể xuống mua. Tuy nhiên ko phải là homstay mà là phòng khách sạn thôi. Không có bãi đậu xe phải đậu ngoài đường khá bất tiện

Pros:

Phòng gia đình 3 giường rộng rãi, thoáng, có ban công riêng. Homestay nhưng ngày nào cũng được dọn dẹp, phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Địa điểm khá thuận tiện để di chuyển rất gần đến mọi địa điểm hot của thành phố. Tiện ích xung quanh cũng rất đầy đủ. Nói chung là giá cả đi đôi với chất lượng. Đặc biệt, chỗ nghĩ này có chỗ để xe ô tô là điểm cộng rất lớn.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit!
Pros:

We hadden de familiekamer; een mooie, schone, grote kamer met 3 comfortabele tweepersoonsbedden. Op de 3e verdieping (geen lift).
De familie is erg vriendelijk. En we mochten (gratis) later uitchecken, omdat we pas aan het eind van de dag verder reisden.
Met 10-15 minuutjes lopen ben je bij bijv. Crazy House, Maze Bar of Xuan Huong Lake.

Cons:

Er is geen ontbijtgelegenheid, maar in de buurt zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden.
De communicatie is wat lastig (via google translate). De zoon des huizes spreekt Engels, maar die was er tijdens ons verblijf niet veel.

Value for money! Family Deluxe room was nice, beds were comfy
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights in the attic room. It was spacious and had a nice view overlooking the Mac Dinh Chi street. It was easy to access to Dalat downtown which was a few mins travel by taxi. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

1. No towel changes and room cleaning everyday. Is that something not expected for a homestay service?
2. There was no curtain to the balcony nearby, so the morning sun shone directly to the room, which was annoying for us
3. No lift/elevator though it was not a big deal for us

Pros:

The room is clean, large and nice decor. The staff are very friendly, helpful. we arrived at 6am with no charge. They also have motorbikes for rent with cheap price. I will stay in this home again when i come back Dalat. Thank you!

Cons:

just a little loud speaking from another guest in midnight.

Neat central Hotel-Stay that feels local
Pros:

Nice, clean, hotel like room. Been there in feb. and the temperatures were totally fine without AC. Staff was very friendly and happy to helt us with laundry, scooter and recommodatiins to where to go and waht to see.
Surrounding area feels pretty local, at least not many western tourists.

Cons:

Ventilation openings above the doors to the staircase, so you hear everything that happens in all the rooms in the staircase and in your own room. No shelfs or likewise to deposit your shower utilities. Bed rockhard (but thats common in Vietnam)
