Pros:

Comfortable and very clean. Excellent shower. Carvery was fantastic and breakfast buffet was good too.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit hard for me, but my husband thought they were ok. Personal preference.

Friendly staff and good food .

Cons:

Poor lighting in the room made it look dull and inviting. We love using the Beach Arms as a stopover on our way to Southampton for a cruise, it's just a pity that the rooms have poor lighting.

Decent stay for one night
Pros:

Despite being outside a railway line the location was quiet and the staff open to changing rooms if I needed.

Cons:

There was a damp/ rotting material smell on the bedroom side of the bathroom wall.

Location was good for public transport

Cons:

Food was disappointing having been in a previous innkeeper hotel the few nights before. Breakfast was cold and bacon hard so went continental after that

Ok but do more around dealing with incidents on the premises

The room was clean and pleasant enough

Cons:

The smell of cannabis filled the entire hallway and completely stunk out the rooms.
