I would and will recommend to my friends as was a amazing place to stay with outstanding staff .
Pros:

Trin James and Barry were the first staff we met and they couldn't do enough for us they went above and beyond.we felt so comfortable and after the long drive so relaxed .we are planning to return .every member of staff we met were more than helpful .5 star treatment thank you so much .

Cons:

The only issue was the television s.but we gaver its a issue with the Ariel s .but no complaints.

Quiet, clean, newly done up.
Pros:

It’s recently been spruced up. Clean, stylish (sort of) and functional. Nice new shower. Plugs by the bed with sofa bed. Big spacious room.

Cons:

It was freezing when we arrived but boiling over night. We should have turned off the radiator. Bed is a bit unforgiving.

Well priced hotel and friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really couldn’t have done more for us.
We were going to a wedding at Oakley hall so this accommodation was perfect for being close and a really good price.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately our TV didn’t work in our room but there was nothing that could be done :(

Genuinely lovely place and people
Pros:

We booked this very last minute, our son had been admitted to hospital following a car crash and we live 200 miles away and they were keeping him in overnight, so we needed somewhere to stay. It had been a very emotional and stressful day but the staff at The Beach Arms were so lovely and supportive, really genuinely caring people, it was the perfect haven for us to get some food and sleep before heading back to the hospital in the morning. Thank you to you all, I don't remember names but one guy behind the bar was exceptionally lovely Keep up the good work everyone, you have such a positive impact with what you do! P.S - our son is OK!
