Cheap but really …. Why is something always wrong?
Pros:

It’s comparatively cheap. And the restaurant is cheap. Especially with 30% off with a blue light card.

Cons:

We stay a here reasonably frequently. Always something is wrong: no beef : we only discovered after they sold us a beef bap and the chef said no beef; we had to choose something else; the chef had to redo the pizza because he forgot the cheese first time; the WiFi is dire particularly in the room.

We enjoyed our stay, very good value for money and the staff, especially Nathan, were brilliant.
Pros:

Breakfast - Cooked was very good, Continental was exceptional although a little too much for us.
Room - Comfortable and clean, helped to make our stay a good one.
Dinner - We had dinner a couple of times, the food was good, well cooked and value for money.

Cons:

We had to move our twin beds slightly to avoid the power sockets being directly behind our heads when we slept.

Not a bad Room but the breakfast and staff in dining were very dis organised.
Pros:

room was ok but we were charged too much it seems so will be looking into a refund

Cons:

The breakfast was terribly organised. firstly they did not give us the cup for our tea and they would not help , just kept saying you need a ticket, i had given the staff my tickets already for the breakfast and they finally realised they had forgotten to give us the cups. Once we had sorted that we began to get our breakfast, we had to remind the staff to supply more bread as there was none, more eggs as there was none, more brown sauce, then they ran out of milk. basically no monitoring of the levels of supplies or breakfast components to make it an enjoyable experience and we arrived 45 mins before the end of the breakfast time so still i would expect plenty of vigilance on the levels of food on offer. i felt like i worked there having to remind people & ask the chef for a plate as there was none to be seen at the start of our sitting.

Pros:

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in room with easy access to extra milk, tea bags etc. Nice bathroom, good size towels.
Friendly helpful staff. Cooked breakfast in the morning. Very good value.

Cons:

The shower was very good, powerful but the shower tray didn't cope with the amount of water and tended to flood the bathroom floor.
