Very comfortable hotel, with a big room and two windows that opened to let in the breeze. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Quinn at reception went out of her way to assist, even booking our transportation to Nha Trang. Foon Chun at the restaurant was very attentive. Breakfast was varied and sufficient and changed daily. There is a laundry very near the hotel and lots of coffee shops and local restaurants, however many sold the same thing, so lacking in variety. In the street directly behind the hotel is a local restaurant specialising in spit roasted chicken, we tried twice to have dinner there but they were either sold out or booked out. So go early or book a table!
This hotel looks new, rooms are enough big and clean. Is not very far from the center by walk. U can easily find food around. People in reception are very friendly and helpful.
-I think I was unlucky because my room looks clean but my first night I saw one cockroach in my room so I could not sleep well.
- I was unlucky also because some neighbours were super noisy and they were shouting in the corridor from time to time
- I wanted to try breakfast but I found it very expensive
- Hot water in the shower did not work never well
- It was one of the most expensive hotels during my trip around Vietnam and definitely not the best
Friendly staff
No hot water for our 4 days stay. Breakfast was served from 6:30 to 9:00, arrived at 7:30 to find Buffet totally void of food, was told they can make an egg if I so desired.
Location was a 20 minute walk to downtown.
The facility was very clean and well kept. The staff very friendly.
The staff are extremely friendly and make a serious effort with the guests. This is really appreciated and left us with a good impression
The hotel however isn’t great. There are no windows in the room and the location isn’t the best. Its a clean hotel and fine for a base but nothing more

It was clean
By far the worst hotel I've stayed in Vietnam. Upon arrival there was scaffolding in front of the building, which we had to maneuver around with our luggage. The hotel was empty. Perhaps we were traveling in April which may be off-season once I arrived into my room. It was literally a dungeon, no windows no AC. The room was extremely hot. I felt sick after the second night as there is no ventilation in the room. I think if you have visitors during the off-season and you know the room is not great perhaps considering them bumping them up to an upgraded room given that you have an obstacle course to just get in the building which makes your stay very uncomfortable and not appealing.
